The dashing Arcadian, not even recognizable by his own mother, arrived at a very swanky part of town. Troubleshooter, also looking well-dressed, was waiting for him. "Your name is Jarvis Smith." he says. "PA's working inside, already." He handed him an invitation card. "Get in and familiar with the place before acting or talking to people. You need to make a perfect impression with the first word, got it?"

"Read ya..We have a specific target? and what is 'he' does for a living?" he asked Trouble-shooter before starting to the door. "Jarvis?", he thought, "Only Butlers and Old Englishmen have that name..."

Troubleshooter shook his head. It looked like he was going on a hunch. He hands an ear-bud to Arcadian. "You can communicate through this. And trust me, it's either Jarvis, Niles or Winnifred in the place."
Troubleshooter wasn't kidding. It was either a butler convention, or a penguin-suit convention. Or a convention of penguin-suits made for butlers... or a convetion of penguin butlers... In ay event, Arcadian found himself submerged in the aristocratic elite.
PA, he's inside Troubleshooter said in Arcadian's earpeace.
On it. Power Armour responded.

Lets do this. he walked in and looks around to get the lay out. 'Jarvis' wanted to know the 'ins' and 'out' of building. If anyone knew about Mcphee or new tech it was one these blue bloods...

Shortly after Jarvis/Quinn walked into the greeting area, had handed over his invitation, was warmly welcomed by the hosts (nice older fellow and his wife), told they had hear good things about his organization and asked to consider a donation to their charity fund (they mentioned this to everyone, he was no exception), he found his way into the main hall.
After a few minutes, a young waiter came over to him "Champagne Mr. Jarvis Smith?"

"thank you.." he took one, thinking to himself organization? I need to look it up. He contines his circuit getting feel for the place. Arcadian was fairly sure he'd find some connection here. Keeping an eye out for Power armor and trouble shooter.
Who looks like a donator to Mc Phee? looking at who the hosts were donating to he thinks a little more.

While Arcadian was getting a feel of the room, another waiter approached him. "Would you like a sehveitte, sah?" It was Power Armour, holding a napkin out for Arcadian to take.

"That would be nice." He takes the napkin and whispers, "anything of interest going yet?" He did his best to look as though it was a simple question. Waiters were often asked this sort of thing.

he looked at the otherside briefly and remembered it. This was like the times he operated with the workshop...Aster and Overdrive loved high society. truth was he found little like. Funny part was he was born of theses people.
His parents were killed when the section town they lived in became suspect and was 'purged' of the resistance. the house was even in his universes old neighborhood. If weren't for the "old man"..he thought.
He re focused and went back to the mission..

On the other side of the napkin was a crude map showing circles with "i"s in the middle of them. There were three of them in different parts of the room. PA must have assumed Arcadian would know what they meant. One had "nt" but then was crossed out.

'i' Points of interest...and the 'nt' might be points of non-interest. he glanced about looking at each area in glance of the room trying to look casual.

Passing by one of the "i"s in the party showed a group of suits, back-to-back, talking down people looking for investment money (not as aggressive as it sounds, but this kind of thing can happen).

Investor hunters...perhaps that's a way in he thinks. Be nice to know what business I was in. Knew the free food was too good to be true he muses to himself. I think I'll need to talk to them later.
Better see what the NT's are first...

It wasn't completely clear what, because the only NT mark was with an I, but nothing fit. Though, there was a clearly bureaucratic businessman type with thinning hair. "...mentation, is, of course, a costly endeavour."
"But, how can you justify us funding the Regault Foundation for this, Mr. Dorsette?" Said one of the investors. "It sounds like you want to be more than a charitable foundation."
"Well, of course Regault serves the public, but we want to do it better, and your funds for resarch - " Dorsette began.
"Between you and Newtech..." Said one of the investors. "I think you need a business grant, instead, not charitable funds.."
