Isamu calls Sierra again, "Sierra, the police are approaching your building. You should try and exit out the back door. We are trying to get to you without engaging the police."

*she spins on the heel and grabs his arm and tugs as she half jogs to the back of the store. 'alright, the fire door is back here someplace .. oh .. pull the fire alarm, nothing like compounding the scene and confusion. you up for a sprint if we need one?'
*she cracks the door and even as the squeal of the alarm of hte opened door sounds, she leads the way outside to 'safety'.

As Sierra leads Ryne out the back, Isamu and his rescue team arrive at the same time. Unfortunately, so did the SWAT teams and Fusion. " All of you are under arrest. You're jurisdiction won't protect you from aiding and abetting a known murderer."

Isamu sighs as they run into the police force. He says, "aiding and abetting? The fugitive is in CONTROL custody. Since he is a CONTROL agent, and stands accused of assaulting CONTROL agents, he is being taken in by CONTROL. Our agent here, " he says indicating Sierra, "was escorting him to our headquarters. He has agreed to turn himself over to us, which is why he is not resisting. I would suggest that you step aside and allow us to continue. We wish no conflict with you. Our superiors are in the process of straightening the matter out with your superiors."
Isamu hopes that the police will stand down and allow them to continue without a conflict. He especially hopes that Ryne and his team follow his lead and do not attack. Aside from striking out, all he can do for the moment is wait and hope.

The SWAT members all hesitate, and lok to Fusion for guidance. The leader's eyes narrowed a bit. " I guess we have a bit of a mexican standoff then, because I can't let you walk away with that prisoner."
Kristian had moved aside Sierra with a releived look," Trading me in for a bigger model?" He smirked. " Be ready to copy Is. Dim's got a plan."
" Is, need a barrier and Dim will gate us out of here." Ashley said under her breath as she stepped up aside Isamu.

Ryne and Si went of in another direction and Ryne found the roof's weakspot from rain damage .. Si is on the ground with him now in the above post. that should help explain what happened]=-

*she stops as she tunes in Iz's abilities. her fingers touch Kristian's hand even as she glances back at Ryne 'maybe it's time to talk about the past now. and that day it happened. so come on, get closer .. '
*that said to both of them, she reverts to her main ability to copy and once she 'sees' what Iz is doing, copies as well to ensure a getaway without interference

Avi looked at Tom and shrugged, " At least the trunk is in one piece. that's the first thing to go right in a while. I'd say our best bet it to get out of here." He keyed his comm," Is, made it back to the car, but it's toast. We'll need a ride."

A couple of the SWAT memeber's attention is drawn by Sierra's actions, " what are you up to? Step away from him."

*sierra lowers her hand as she studies the SWAT member that spoke to her <law check 24% - pass>.
'according to the criminal code - Section *rattles off the appropriate number and paraphrases* 'when confronting an imbalance of justice, when jurisdictions collide, the highest ranking one in the area is the one in charge. You and your squad, are currently requested to step down as the CONTROL agents have the situation in control and you are currently making matters escalate. Officer,you're badge number .. now. this will go into my report. it isn't looking too favorable for you and your squads. so, please step aside. HE has overstepped his legal grounds and conned you all into a witch hunt. we are Federal while he's only Civil'

Isamu nods at Ashley's whisper. Isamu glances over his shoulder at Sierra and the others to see what she is doing. As he does so he looks to see where everyone is. Looking back at the officer he says, "officer, they are a couple, they were just expressing their concern for each..."
As he says this he calls up a circular wall surrounding his group cutting off his last word. He whispers, "quickly Dimitri."
He yells, "what is going on, what have you done to us, Let us out." He winks at Ashley as he ushers everyone through the portal and yells as he does so, "HELP US," as they step through.

As the wall came up, so did a wave of gunfire hammering into it. Dmitri nodded, and on the wall appeared one of Dim's portals. before anyone could pass through Sierra could sense Fusion using his powers as he sputtered loudly, " ENOUGH OF THESE GAMES!"

As Avi waited for Isamu to reply, he sputtered," Why can't we buy a break today?"

*she tries to get between Fusion and the others to act as the breakwater to protect them all. mimic his current talent in the hopes to catch and either absorb or deflect back at him/SWAT. she'll even use the forming wall to get higher.

Tom sighs, then looks at the cops. "Ok, very simple speech here. I'm made of steel, and this guy is invulnerable, and we're federal. Which part of that makes it a good ideas to point guns at us?"

" what's wrong?" Dmitri asked as both Ashley and Kristian both suddenly started to get sick. " what is happening?"
Radiation." Ryne said, and pushed Kristian through the portal quickly." We have to go. Now."
Sierra's panicked attempt to use Fusion's powers against him didn't sound to have much affect, but it was hard to tell through Isamu's barrier.

" Do you really think that will help? " Avi asked, looking at Tom. In a blur, he drew his Colt 1911's, aiming at two of the SWAT's before they could finish raising thier rifles. the other two brought thier weapons to bear. " Federal?" One of them hesitated, looking at his companions.
