" Well, at least he worries about his people." McKenna muttered as she finished up her salad and then cleaned up. Before heading to her quarters, she checked my medical to make sure no one was looking for her.

Once the work is completed, Jessica heads to the bridge upon hearing Tawfeek's announcement. Reaching the bridge, she smiles and nods at Foreman and Tawfeek, addressing Tawfeek. "What's the situation?"

(Medical bay)
McKenna found nothing of intetrest in the medical bay. Certainly, no-one was in trouble. The hydroponics garden was giving a slight scent as she walked by (despite the closed door), reminding her that fencing near plants may not be wise... She found her quarters to barely have been touched since her arrival on the ship.
(Bridge)
"This situation is a rest stop. Make sure the rest of the crew get off the ship and relax. We'll know how long we're stopped there by the level of engine damage which... by the way... where's Mensk?"

United america's goal looked nice.he was surfing for price parts and putting into a list. with a compatibility check for parts to upgrade the engines he was almost ready to present the list. after saving a few games to computer, and ordering some soccer balls he left for the bridge.

" Gotta get started in that garden soon." McKenna reminded herself as she headed towards the shower, setting her fencing sword on the desk as she passed and then headed in for a long relaxing shower before crawling into her bunk.

Jessica grins at Tawfeek as she replies "He's off to start your fan club." Looking out at Euro, she nods "It'll be good to get a rest after everything that's happened." Her grin returns as she adds "And we've only just begun."

Mensk arrives at the bridge just as Jessica finishes her response.
"Ah, Mensk." Tawfeek says. "We've got enough money in the contigency fund to repair the damage Deviss did, bu not much more. So don't let them talk you into any upgrades. OK?"

Foreman powers down all the systems as they will obviously be stationary until the engine is back up and running.
He keeps everything set in low power so that the life support system continues to run and circulate fresh recycled air.

"Umm, Foreman, could you kill the engines after we've left. Euro's a busy place." Tawfeek says. Looking outside, the pilot can see Euro circling prettily. "We need to get to place in a few hours. Thanks."

"I'll see to the repairs and get you an ETA..I suspect will be here for short time." he nodded and went about his business. The role Engineer was a tedious and often lonely job. Still he was never bored..
Starship engineer: 30% (Fail)
Mechanical Engineer: 30% (Pass)
Electrical Engineer: 25% (pass)

Currently, the ship is outside Euro. "Foreman, we have clearance to leave." Says Tawfeek. "Hows about seeing to that."
(Engine room)
Mensk wasn't wrong. It was tedious making a list of all the minor repairs that needed doing.

Foreman powers up the engines and slowly brings them to operating power, he then moves the ship out of Euro orbit and sets a course to the rest stop area they would be using.
(sorry i had misread something or misunderstood, or something.)

Bored senseless he fired up his music system to Brother Louie - Stories and started at the tedious task. To faciltate a lack of boredom elsewhere he had his suits com link play it as he traveled. |

The ship started off, while Mensk worked, and Foreman flew and McKenna slept and Jessica did her thing... fiddled with guns? And Tawfeek tawfeeked...
