"Uhh yeah, I guess we should get going to the self destruct." a she said with a slight surprise. Blink was rarely in charge. Magneto and Silver Samurai found she was impulsive and a prone to working alone or with Creed.
"The outside team should be able to spot stragglers that get out." she paused, "With the sonics we can slow down the hulk should he be infected 'brood'. If banshee hadn't d..." she paused and looked a little off for a moment. Blink stopped as she thought those who died fighting the war against Apocalypse.
"The Hulk right, invincible or not he can still hear." she hoped it would work. then started to the engine room.

" no time for that kiddo." Creed laid a hand on Blink's shoulder. " Open us a portal so we can deal with the big bug. The Hulk can wait."
Tabitha laid her arms around Gabrielle and Cal's shoulders, shaking her head. " He's got to be bi-polar. Nobody flip flops like that."
Fury watched the Exile's antics, then turned to Capain America and his team. " i'm glad our heroes are a little more professional."
" Really? I thought I was being very professional." Tabby replied, the fact she holding back her anger evident. She released her teammates to approach the Colonel from between Aura and X-23. " On the Earth I come from, you and President Trassk are responsible for the war against mutantkind which sent the whole planet into turmoil with a nuclear strike against Genosha." she looked like she wanted to continue, but stopped to compose herself.
" And her parents were in Genosha at the time helping stop a Brood outbreak is what she left out. Reports have it the entire team was infected, but they were at ground zero for a missile strike, so no one knows for sure." Creed added . " Sorry Tabby, but they needed to know."
Fury was at a loss for words as Tabitha fought emotions surging.

Cal looks at Tabitha shocked. "That's horrible!" she exclaims. "I never knew my parents, I grew up on the streets dodgin inhuman patrols tryin to capture those of us who were different."
Cal looks around at the others for a couple of moments looking to see which of the heroes assembled might be most useful fighting a giant bug. "Uh..." she begins. "I don't think this was covered but how does a bug infect someone? Ya know... just so I know not to freak out TO much."

Captain America's jaw twitches at Tabitha's story. He inhales for a moment before approaching her. He turns to face the others.
"That will not happen here. I know that at times, the gulf between peoples, mutant or human, black or white, faith or non-faith, can seem vast, impossible to bridge. And I know from firsthand experience that this is not so; that there is common ground. All that is required is the will and the desire to look for it. It has been my experience that all too often it is only in finding a common threat such as this that we ever discover a means to bridge the gap, and that is a tragedy. I believe there is a better way, for all of us. And whatever happens today, I promise you this much" his eyes lock with Tabitha's "We will strive for the common ground, we will find it, as surely as I know each and every one of you will perform to the highest expectation - we will save this world, and make all worlds a better place. I have faith in all of you - have faith in yourselves."

"Time to go through the rabbit hole people.." She opened the portal and steadied herself with a nod a at Creed. The portal opened.
"Captain. you'll find most our earth's are not so pleasant..It's part of the reason we do what we do." as the portal stabilized she gives a thumbs up.

Gabrielle's head goes to the left and right as she tries to keep up with the conversation at hand. 'Man this game makes a lot of vague references to the comic book world. Was I the only one who didn't spend my childhood reading comic books? What the hell are they talking about? Man, you get distracted for two seconds and this game takes off without you.'
Gabrielle finds herself smirking at Captain America's monologuing and shakes her head as she follows the rest of the team thinking. 'He really is in love with the sound of his own voice, isn't he? I thought it was just a summer fling."

Creed stepped beside Cal. He drug the back of one claw up Cal's arm to his shoulder then his neck to his ear. " and once the slimy little buggers get in, there's no way to get them out, Morph." He laughed as he started in the portal.
Tabitha just glared at Fury, then nodded to Cap. " Fine, we'll see." she entered the portal.

x-23 goes through the portal, Tabitha’s story was hearth wrenching but seeing what she has over come X-23’s respect has grown of the your lady.
