A chuckle escapes Ragnarok as he continues to apply more pressure. " There should be a sickening pop when it dislocates. You will feel it more than hear it." [12dmg]

Tom's outburst was enough to give Ragnarok warning of the incoming blow as he leaned into it and twisted to take it off the shoulder instead ( parry= 17). As he bent, he slackened the amount of pressure applied to Tom's leg ( 7 dmg) but did not let go.
In the distance, the sounds of sirens were approaching.

Tom, still wailing and seeing red, still swings up, grabing Ragnarok's epipens, one in each hand, and jabs them into the giant's eyes. "KILL YOU!" (modified 20 to strike: 1d20+5=20 )

Ragnarok cried out, and his grip changed. Instead of trying to rip the leg off, he pulled Tom up and then slammed him into the ground as hard as he could. Tom could feel the the pavement around him crumbled as he hit. [ str 17, 81 dmg].
Rags looked down at Tom, blood trickling from each eye as he grinned visciously. " You and I will dance again, boy. Count on it."
The sirens were getting closer as Rags released his grip and jumped several hundred feet away, and started using his jumping ability to bounce through the city, looking like one of the videos of the original moonwalks.

Tom grunting, as he gets to his feet, watching his opponent leave. "Count on it." He turns to survey the situation; the damage to his apartment building, and the rest of area.
Tom hears the bandadio. "Is? Yeah, I'm a short distance from my place. Just follow the trail of destruction. And..." lowering his voice as best he can. "check and see how badly my building is, if you could?"

Tom responds to Is' Bandadio call. "he's making a run for it, and I'm in no shape to follow and the cops are nearby."
