"That would explain your looks, Raggedy Ann" As Tom intercepted the punch (16+3 to parry) and then magnetically hurled Ragnarok down the street in the direction of the park.
Tom activates the bandadio. "Guys. Ragnarok's down at my place. Back-up would be nice. Eventually."

Tom keeps the channel open, even as he sees the car rushing towards him.
"Oh you have got to be kidding me" Tom yelps as he tries to catch the car (13+3 = 16 to catch). He grunts at the effort and tries to set it down and out of the way so the car can flee.
"You know, it might be nice to know what this is about. I mean, ok, you're not that photogenic. I get that. But isn't this a little far for a pet peeve?"

" You work with Dexter. I look for him." Ragnarok replied, this time going for a smaller object to throw, settling for a concrete flower pot. " And since the police were nice enough to give me your address, I thought I might beat directions from you."
He tossed the flowerpot ( approx 2' raduis and 4' tall, and weighs nearly 500 lbs) [ str= 12]

Tom catches the pot (15+3 to catch). "Wow. That's a real surprise. That you can read a map, I mean. "
Focusting his magnetic powers, he tries again to suspend Ragnarok in the air, away from any object he could throw at anyone.

Ragnarok merely folded his arms and looked at Tom, unwaivered by being held aloft. " so what is your plan. how me here until your friends or the police arrive? both are pointless. niether can save the building. i hope you have insurance." the russian smirked cockily.

"The Building? aw, nuts. Really, all this for one guy? Can't you just buy flowers like everyone else?" Tom decides to start spinning the russian in midair as fast as he can, and then removes all the metal object from him - anything that looks like a needle or hypo he'll draw to him. "I'll take your stash, if you don't mind, Raggy." As he turns back to the building.

A small pouch containing a pair of epi-pens were all Tom drew to himself. As he turned away, the thud of Ragnarok's heavy feet hitting the ground were all the warning Tom had to his folly. without the metal, Tom could no longer keep Rags aloft. The big man didn't miss an opportunity as he forward with a leap kick [str =21]

Tom tries to roll unsuccessfully (3+3 to roll). The impact sends him to his knees, but with speed and grace belying his mass, he spins around with a roundhouse punch "OK, I think I've had enough of you now" as he goes for a power punch (nat 20, 3+32 = 35x2=70 damage).

Ragnarok was knocked back a bit by the blow. " So now it is time to remove the kiddie gloves?" The russian's smile faded as he reared back with a blow of his own. [str= 18, 101 if lands]

Ragnarok Got his weight shifted in time to counter Tom's throw. As he did, he tried to grab Tom in a bearhug to begin squeezing ( 14 to str). " Maybe if you tell me where to find Dexter, I'll let you live."

Tom squirms in the big man's grip. "Jeez...you can't afford cable? What kind of hitman are you? Let me guess: you work for peanuts? Here, let me give you a free coconut!" as he headbutts the Ragnarok (24 to strike, Critical as a nat 19) 1d20+5=24 (1d6+26 = 32 Damage. 64 if critical counts) 1d6+26=32
