Sam smiles sympatetically at Greer at the loss of his co-pilot and replies "We're headed to Lone Star." As they start to head out, Sam asks him "Did the crash take us very far off course?" As they go, Sam keeps a look out for any signs of an ambush or boobytraps.

Mariana takes up the rear. "I'm an idiot." She mumbles. "He's probably in Pecos." She says, pointing in the direction. "After we've been through Lone Star we head to Pecos." Lowering her voice to a whisper, she says to the whole of the group. "Lone Star thinks I'm dead. I don't care what name you call me, but I'm not who I am."

Sam nods quietly at Mariana "Pecos it is then." Upon hearing that Lone Star believes her to be deceased, she replies "Understood." Everyone can hear the grin as she asks "So what do you guys think? Does she look like a Gertrude to you? Oooh! Gertie! That fits her well." Sam jokes as she move along, looking out for any signs of an ambush (detect ambush: 44% out of 42%, fail)

Dyson bit back a snicker. " Where abouts in the Pecos? Thats a pretty big area."

" About three hour's hike or so, less if they picked us up on radar and send out a recon run to check things out." Greer replied as he secured his helmet. " I'm more worried about where that missile came from. Whoever fired it knew exactly where to hit us, that means it was no plain old raider. so if they were smart enough to take us down, they know to check out for survivors. We better get moving."

Sam pauses, and considers this, but after a few minutes shakes her head. "Tempting, but no. We're on a timeframe here and we need to get moving." Sam keeps moving, keeping a sharp looking out for any sign of an ambush. (detect ambush: 28% out of 42%)

"Well, we were in a FQ chopper, Soulpatch." Mary says, continuing on her way. "Maybe the word wasn't ou yet, hmm?" And she continues pointing, looking for traps and stuff (23% Vs. Trap-mine detection), and getting to where they need to be (46% VS Land Navigation).
