Sam looks down the tunnel for a few minutes. Sighing, she turns to Mary and Ellie and says "The way I see it, we have a couple of options. One: we can wait for Sheppard to do what he said he'd do. Two: We can go into this tunnel and see if we can catch up to whoever was here. This place seemed to be crawling with soldiers until Sheppard contacted us via radio. That leads me to believe they may not be that far and it's possible the prisoners are with them since there's obviously no one here. We may be able to catch up to them. Third: We can try to find out where this tunnel goes and try to get there first." Sam pauses and asks "Opinions? Suggestions?"

Rhys moves into a position where he has a clear view of the action then takes aim with his CP-50. Once he has the target clearly in his sights he then fires a Grenade at the Skelebot that is farthest from the Juicer. (Strike= Nat 20 (wow goes to show that even though I haven't rolled them in a while they still love me  ) Damage: 35x2= 70 MDC to a 12ft area (mmm I love the smell of Micro Fusion in the morning)) |

One of the skelebots explodes in a spectacular light show from Rhys blast while the other continues to fire another blast at Lobo. (str roll = 18, 15MD). In the distance, movement can be heard along the fence perimeter, sounding like more bots.
Shep's voice comes over the radio. " What the heck are you doing over there? Starting a war? Hurry up and get inside this fence. The other base is being distracted now. We've got five minutes before they retreat."

With that, Mary heads towards the grounds. "The guards aren't our concern, doubly so if they're running home to daddy. The less we care about them, the better our chances of getting the prisoners out quickly."

Lobo stands up and begins moving away from the robots while continuing to fire, over the radio, "Yeah sure mom as soon as I am done playing." Lobo fires another blast at the remaining Skelbot.

Happy that she is wearing her helmet, Sam rolls her eyes at Ellie and replies "I'm well aware of that, thank you private. I am not suggesting we wait for Lobo, I am simply informing him that he needs to stop what he's doing and follow us." A teasing note enters her voice as she adds "Besides, we were just waiting for you." Sam then heads in the same direction as Mary, not waiting for a reply.

Rhys hops out of the tree that he had found to take his potshot and starts moving to get inside the fence as quickly and as stealthily as he can. He keeps a constant eye and ear tuned for any signs of trouble that will interfere with him getting to the fence.

Shep awaits the others outside one of the buildings, half hidden in the shadows. " Took you all long enough. Janie called, they can't hold them much longer we've gotta get moving." Inside, the whimpered calls for help carry through the windows.
The skelebots seem to have halted their pursuit.
