"Mercenaries, eh? Clearly they don't educate you as much as the rest of the world." Mary says, trying to hold back her temper. "But, you're of no interest to us. Susan. Let's go." Mary, gives hand signals to walk around. "Oh, and there's a nice hotel back West if you boys are looking for a little... private time. Even some D-bees there to help you out."
With that, she starts to move back towards the pen.
"Dyson." She says on a private comm. "Notify base we have renegade quebeccers here. Thanks."

Lobo smiles under his faceplate, "Well, Ms. Mary Glitterboys or not they do have some friends up on the hill." He motions her to notice the laser designator as they start to move out. "I suggest you keep your distance from me until we get far enough away to lose thier friends."

Sam comes onto the private comm. "Stop baiting them, Smith. You scare them emough, Smith, and they may just decide to get rid of the threat, whether or not they have Glitterboys." She shakes her head "Let's do what we came here to do."

"Maybe you and I should speak to them then. I'm not saying the Sgt. isn't good at speaking with people, but... she doesn't have... well the type of diplomacy we need in this situation." Ellie pauses to let the Lt consider the suggestion and awaits an answer.

Noticing the others haven't moved out, Mary turns back, having Lobo keep watch. "What's wrong?" She says in a quiet voice. "We have to move on. Those two men are being hunted. If they were looking for CS help, they wouldn't have called Lobo a merc. They would have ID-ed us as CS, or at least as Sung's men. And if they were here to help, they wouldn't be feeling afraid of their environment, now would they? And the longer we stay here, the sooner we'll be targets too. We should move on." And with that, Mary moves on towards the pen. "We have a job to do."

One of the Quebecois stood up from his hiding spot, his rifle lowered. The other shouted something in french that the first waived off. He turned and signalled someone on the hillside before turning baack to the squad. " you obviously aren't Sung or sprite's troops, and you haven't attacked so you can't be mercs like we suspected, so what is a squad of deadboys doing out here?"

And she keeps walking, like she was talking about the weather.
