Ugh...more delays. Had to order and replace several components in my PC, namely the graphics card and CD drive, after they finally gave up the ghost. Should have seen the graphics card, it looked like it had been toasted, or the bottom of a well-used frying pan. Nearly died choking on dust, too. The joys of cracking open a case you haven't touched for over a year...
Given that my PC is well again, likely not going to be waiting until new year; much to catch up on. No word yet from ye olde govt. services on their collossal screwup, bit annoyed about that, but I begin with Chapter social health...or somesuch, strange title...on the 30th of January, so that's not bad at all.
Composing the next post of our story, dude. Hope the family is doing well, I imagine the little ones are looking forwards to Christmas  If you see Doc, Mierin, Jer et al. please let them know my computer is well again and I will see them soon with any luck

Satan: Hey, ummm....you sold me your soul last week and-- Me: Sorry, no returns. Satan: Yeah, it's just it's a lot more twisted than I thought and-- Me: No returns.
Don't mean to be cynical, but I'll believe it when I see it
"Sometimes the things that may or may not be true are the things a man needs to believe in the most. That people are basically good; that honor, courage, and virtue mean everything; that power and money, money and power mean nothing; that good always triumphs over evil; and I want you to remember this, that love... true love never dies. "
