Dyson pulls the door the rest of the way open and steps inside. He takes a moment to look around the space he is in, noting if he sees anything strange, then walks up the internal stairs to the cab. Once there Dyson looks around the cabin for the key: under seats, in the glove compartment, behind the fold down sun shades. If the keys don't make themselves available then Dyson gets under the steering wheel and pulls out the multi-tool from his toolkit. with the multi-tool he levers open and casings protecting the ignition wiring and tries to start the motor by crossing a live wire with the wire leading to the engine from the ignition.
(Skill roll for basic electronics: 68% with base 50%.)
OOC: Can Dyson remember where he saw Keith's body, and if so, is it nearby?

Rhys nods to Mendez when he catches up and moves forward to where Ellie is and using hand signals to say "What you see?"

In reply to Smith Dyson says " I don't now yet, I'm trying to start it up now. If I can't get it started then we will have to go back to the place where we got ambushed, where I saw the body of a person who I think had the key."
OOC: Dakota, I just need to know if I can get the mountaineer started with out the key, or whether Dyson found the key somewhere in the compartment.

As he looked around the cab of the Mountaineer, Dyson checked an old trick one of his instructors had taught him. Sure enough, as he tipped the sunvisor down, the keys slid into his hand.

As everyone seemed to be waiting on everyone else, a raspy voice ( Dean and Lobo recognize it as Geoff) comes over and open channel. " Luietenant? I think you should here this..." there is a bit of static before a quiet broken voice cut in " again, can anyone here me? This is Private Nikolas Aucion, I'm being held prisoner by former Coalition soldiers under warlord Sung's command. There are approxamently fifty prisoners being held here until they move us to the main camp , north of here by the way the guards talk." there is another pause for a moment " another apc just stopped. My god, what did they do to that borg? " shuffling sounds" Uh oh, guard, will try to transmit again at first chance" the static cleared as Geoff coughed before speaking again. I recorded it a minute ago. <cough> I tried to respond to Nikki's call but he cleared the line but he was gone to quick. At least I thought to record it. I think I ... <cough, hack, spit> gross, I think I managed to get a good read on his position."

Lobo gets on the radio as he jumps down from the building, "Geoff, I am heading back your way, I will come over and give you a hand." Lobo will help move or just carry Geoff into the town and get him to the vehicle.

Lobo, "Ok, got it. The only APC that I have seen was on its way out of here aprox. 20 min ago and it was heading (?)."
OOC-GM-I just guessed a time, if it is wrong please correct it for me and I am not sure the cardinal direction that it left it in so if you could post that as well I would appreciate it.

" Copy that." Geoff replied between coughs. Lobo found the medic right where he and the Lt. had left him. Geoff looked at the Juicer with sullen eyes as he spat a mouthful of dark blood aside. He staggered to his feet as Lobo approached, using a tree to brace himself as he stood up. " You should have left me behind, I'm only going to hold you up." Unsteady on his feet, he leaned against Lobo as the pair made their way back the ruined village. In that time, Dyson has gotten the Mountaineer running and ready to go and everyone has made their way there.
