As they made their way forward through the forest, a somewhat familiar spot to Ellie opened up, just as her psi images had shown her. Right where she had seen him lay Salinger's body, bound and gagged, bloodied and unmoving. At the sight of the group's approach, his eyes barely opened against the swelling and looked at you, full of fear.

if shep answers yes, he signs to squad;" its a trap!" then if there is no attack, he asks shep for the details if he can give them.

When Dyson arrives behind the others, panting, he walks up to Ellie and Rhys, but when he sees Salinger tied to the ground, he quickly backs off from the other two. "We should spread out a bit so it would be harder to catch or focus fire on us!" Dyson says in a hushed, but intense voice.

If no one stops him, Dyson Makes his way 90 degrees around the edge of the clearing to the right of Ellie and Rhys. He makes this trip as far out from the clearing edge as he can while keeping Col. Mendez in sight.

At the sight of Sgt. Salinger Ellie heads to him with little regard for protecting herself. When she gets within 40feet she puts up a TK Force Field around Salinger. She will aproach him ulness he give a signal (Shaking his head or something). When Mendez reaches her she will aproach Salinger with him and give her diagnosis (Medical: Paramedic 30/50%)

Rhys finds a spot with a good view and covers the others as they deal with the injured Salinger. Keeping fully alert as he moves and postions himself.

Sanlinger makes no effort to reply, his panicky eyes shifting between Mendez and Ellie as they got close. His eyes focused on them again after wandering a bit, and he stared into Ellie's eyes, blinking hard twice.

Shep isn't there, he's off ahead somewheres. Psi scans pick up nothing.

Diagnosis show that Salinger is in critical condition.
