*Sierra gives a wobbly grin then moves with Kristian towards an exit. she knows that they have to get these two out of the hospital to protect the innocents.
*she knows that Wraith has 'ghost' like powers but what this other one has .. she'll soon find out. her hand trembles as she half holds Kristian's arm for support and to hold him back from attacking.
*she sniffs once and then her senses spread out a little to see what Nero's talent might be. but she fears it is fire. Nero burned down Rome in a fit of insanity .. and she heard him say something about 'burning that look off Kristian's face'
*she only has 2 references for fire users. and Trevor is the one that seems the closest to her now. her eyes still a little glazed frm the seeking the power, she half looks over hte shoulder and is pale and shaking.

As she does, Sierra's fears are confirmed, Nero feels similar to Trevor. Kristian leaned in close," We just have to distract them long enough for Jason to get out, then we fly out of hear. I figured picking a fight would be the easiest way. don't be mad at me."

*she shivers 'not .. not scheming sir .. ' *her fear can be seen as she continues to shiver. the fact he's 'fire' is more than enough for her to start panicing. she knows that the forest fire was wrong. there shouldn't have been one, but there was nothign worth saying at that point.
*the more she thinks about it, she may not be considered 'alive'. the fact they didn't take her to a hospital was probably because they said she died and they buried her? ... who knows. her parents don't talk about that acident years ago.
*her eyes swing to look up at Kristian and they are filled with unshed tears. her trembling seems to fade now. she gives a faint grin to show that she heard him. she looks up as they near the doors out.

" We'll be okay, you'll see." Kristian kissed Sierra's forehead and wrapped his arm tightly around her shoulders.
" This ain't a social event, you two." Nero scoffed.
" Why don't you just shut up, mon." Kristian snapped back.
nero was only smuger as he was getting to Kristian.

*Sierra looks up and gives a smile even as her trembling stops. she never had a chance to work with Trevor or his power. she's only copied the ones she could and that was without permission in the basement. but her calmness seems to stem from something else.
*she may not know the fire power, but she knows that it comes just as quickly as others. she wonders now IF its possible to put the fires out by turning he power on its self? to do that, she needs to ensure that Kristian is safely away, but he wont go now. then she wonders will the fire hurt her or just her clothes and expose her for the freak she is.
*she decides to take a chance and starts to copy Nero and maybe through the copying, she'll understand her hate/fear/terror of it and not be powerless. she plans to try and copy the power and stop his possible attacks on her or the building.

As they pulled in front of the hospital, Avi became serious as he looked at the front doors. quietly, he said to Sasha ," You better let me out here, and it's probably better if you stay out of this". at the same time, he touched the strange commincator behind his ear, " Sierra, Kristian, can you hear me? Scratch your cheek if you can, Kris. "
Kristian did without giving an obvious sign.
" Sierra, I want you to copy Wraith's shadow ability, okay? It'll probably feel a little wierd, but it's better than the alternative. Stay that way as long as you can. Kristian, just get clear," Avi was pulling his Colt 1911s from his jacket as he got out of the car, but kept them concealed. He bent down to the window. " I'll explain all of this later, okay? Say over a drink?" He was very nonchalant, as if he did this all the time.
Kristian looked down at Sierra," You can do this," he whispered.
At the same time, Jason came over the band-adios," what about me? "

*Sierra simply says .. 'love you K .. ' *then she changes her focus and seems to shiver more. not from fear, but with revulsion as she copies Wraith. tears start trickling down the face as she faces Wraith and Nero.
*Kristian is aware when she copies, as his hand starts to phase through her clothing. 'i ... i'm ready ... ' *regret shows on her face as the tears fall faster but her control is complete now. the regret looks more like sorrow as she knows all hell is going to break loose and she needs to focus and stay focused. she fears for the people that may get hurt as a result of what is about to happen.

Avi looks at Sasha," Go on, before you get caught up in this. If you don't want everyone to know you're a meta, then the last place you should be is caught up in federal agents attacking city agents." He attached a silencer to one of his pistols. " Please, go in through the emergency department."

" Now?" Nero asked Wraith.
" If you must, try no to burn anything down." Wraith cackled.
" I'll restrain myself" Nero replied, and a tongue of flame shot towards Sierra and Kristian. It passed through her intangible form, and he spun away and into his crystalline formto get only slightly singed.

" Dammit, too late. why didn't you listen to me?" Avi said as the commotion broke out behind them. He turned and aimed, his pistol making three little coughs.

Sierra didn't feel them, but three small objects passed right through her. One struck the wall beside Wraith, but the other two struck home and caught Nero in the shoulder. He wore armor of some sort, but it still knocked him back and ended his attack.
Wraith seethed," Enough of this." He unleashed a blast of dark energy that caught Avi in the chest, slamming him back into the side of Sasha's car.

Unconsciously she feels in her purse for her service pistol to assure herself she is at least lightly armed for an emergency. Wraith seethed," Enough of this." He unleashed a blast of dark energy that caught Avi in the chest, slamming him back into the side of Sasha's car. Sasha watches as someone slams into the side of her car from the hospital entrance and grimaces. "Insurance is going to love that," she thinks. Not bothering to look back she hurries onward to the room where Nick is located. |

*Sierra had been raised to not fight. at least not for the wrong reasons. and if she was going to fight, then fight those that could stand up to her. which meant she had backed down from most conflicts. now? fire whipping at her and then seeing the wall get hit and Nero falling she blinks but remains focused. she feels the energy pattern and focuses.
*her hand moves forward and the energy lashes at Wraith, trying to get him to focus on her again. whether this is a smart thing or not, she is unsure. she just hopes that Kristian and Jason get out of the way and to safety first. she would be able to handle anything that comes her way if she knows that they're safe.

No one pays any attention to Sasha as she entered the hospital, least of all the panicked bystanders scurrying everywhich way. The nurse behind the service counter gave her an unbelieving look that anyone was ignoring the havoc outside. " Uh, you want room 317. Take the second set of elevators."
Sierra's band-adio came to life as her attack barely missed Wraith " Sierra, grab that big lug of yours and copy me to keep up. I'll get Avi. "
A blur appeared out of the hospital , slowing only long enough for Jason to take a swing through Wraith's intangible form and gloat, " hi ugly, missed me again," and take off again, he grabbed Avi while calling back, C'mon, let's go!"
Wraith was furious, unleashing his dark energy bolts wildly at Jason, but coming nowheres close.

*Sierra releases her copying of Wraith's power and focuses on Jason's speed. it helps that she did it once before and it flows into her faster. she spins once and grabs Kristian .. and carrying him in both arms with ease .. she zips off staying in range of Jason but getting Kristian out of range and moves beside Jason.
*she slows when Jason does and asks 'is he okay? .. Kristian? .. i'll copy you. give him a dose .. no Jason. stay with us .. in case he's got a car or something and has figured out how to track us .. '
*she looks at herself and pats her chest and body 'did i really get shot at and they passed thru me? .. '

No pursuit followed as the two speedsters broke away. Jason shoook his head, but Avi answered," I'm fine. He got in a lucky shot is all."
Jason agreed," Can you stay with me all the way home?I'll let you keep up, so warn me if you start to tire out" And he was off again, still carrying Avi, who was now protesting loudly."
kristian chuckled, " just don't drop me, please."

*Sierra frowns but comments 'just stay nearby then .. maybe 20 feet away .. but i'm good on my feet. just hold on Kristian .. i wont drop you i already know what it feels like to eat dirt .. so i wont do that to anyone else'
*she keeps up fairly well and its only when they get closer to the beach that she starts to lag a bit further behind. 'Kristian? just let him know when he gets about 2 light posts ahead to stop so i can slow down without falling flat on the face .. k? ..'

Okay, he's slowing dow... oh, we're home." Kristian said with a bit of surprise. As Sierra slowed, Avi's sputtering was loud and clear," Put me down. I'm fine and I can walk on my own."
Jason chuckled as he complained. " Doesn't the doctor have to decide that? Or at least our paramedic?"
Kristian laughed, but Avi wasn't amused.

in the hospital, Sasha heard a familiar voice, and Nick's girlfriend through her arms around her," Oh, thanks for coming. Come on, I'll show you Nicky's room. I had to go out for a smoke to calm my nerves. You don't know what all the commotion at the other entrance was, do you?"
