*the hand shifts slightly and she looks away and gets what appears to be her bearings again .. and then looks and seems close to loosing her lunch and moves away from the drawer and hopes o lure the doctor away briefly for Jason and Kristian to do what they need.
' .. oh .. the damage .. it is ... ' *she fans her face now as if trying to regain composure.

" Are you sure, ...?" Krisitan let it hang a bit, careful to not give Sierra's name. He stepped into the examiner's view just as Jason changed positiions.
" Look if this that upsetting for you, we can come back later." Jason suggested, winking out of the M.E.'s line of sight.
" I'm sorry this upsets you, my dear, but there is little I can do to make it easir. " the medical examienr said. " If fact the body is due to go to the crematorium this afternoon at family request. Signed by his brother I believe. didn't your family tell you?" He rumaged a bit, " Yes, here it is." He picked up the request for disposal and offered it to Sierra.

*Sierra shook her head* 'i was away on a trip .. and .. *takes a look at the order to cremate the body and keeps up the slight tremors as she looks it over and then reads the name. hoping that Alexi's name might be there .. otherwise she will memorize the name of the 'brother' and the 'body'.

Alexi's name is there all right, listed as the body. the order is signed by a Sergei Radinsky. Kristian put an arm around Sierra's shoulder to comfort her.
" You look like you need some air." Jason said, " Gonna be okay?"
The M.E. looked disgusted, " Please, if your going to be sick, don't do it in here."

*Sierra continues to look away from the body .. and then hands the papers back.
'i ... i think i need some air .. '
*she hopes that this was long enough an act and makes towards the door. and she pauses to look back once again and then heads outside the door and then into the hall and out of sight.
*she leans against a wall and sighs once 'well its not Alexi .. but somehow i think this 'brother' is hte real one. now give me a moment .. maybe i can find out what the doctor's powers are .. '
*she closes the eyes to try and focus on the 'signature' and try to figure out how strong or how many he's got. she knows that unless she's encountered the power before, she'll be clueless about how it works, but its a start. to the casual observer, she's just a distraught girl seeing a dead body and getting over it

As Sierra concentrates, she realizes the M.E. is nothing like she has ever encountered. Strange words that make no sense trickle into her mind, forming phrases of some sort. they do however, seem to have a sense of malice about them.
An orderly walks by. " Hey Kris, you back working the rig?"
" nah mon, just here wit a friend." He replied, staying close to Sierra.

' .. i ... i think we need to go now' *her hand reaches out and grabs at Kristian* 'please .. now .. today'
*she starts down the hall away from the morgue and towards the elevator they came on. all she knows just now is to get away and to get away now before she feel even more icky

Jason brought up the rear, catching the pair just as the elevator doors opened. Once inside and the doors closed, he asked," what was that all about? Why did we just run away?"

*Sierra looks at Jason and then shudders again* 'that Doctor is a meta .. but when i tried to pick up on what his power might be? .. i ... i heard chanting .. it just felt really evil .. and it scared me.
'besides, we found out that the man in there wasn't Alexi. but is going to be cremated .. so .. i was thinking that if someone was fast enough .. someone could steal the body before it reached the hearse? .. k .. bad idea, buy a Sergei Radinsky. whoever it was claimed to be the brother. i think its actually Alecit that signed it .. so ... '
*shrugs and then shivers once again* 'now i know why i was picking up a sense of something being wrong. whoever that doctor is? .. he's not a good person. not at all.

Jason replied, in what sounded unlike him, " We can go back and check this guy out a little more, but we got what we came for. I say we just get out of here."
" what with you, mon? You scared?" Kristian teased.
" No!" Jason snapped too quickly.
Sierra could still feel the M.E., but whatever the other 'thing' was, it had rejoined him.

*for the first time since they've known her, she recoils and stares back the way they just came.
'oh god ... whatever was down here .. its there .. with him .. or they are one .. i don't know .. but ... i really don't want to stick around anymore ... '
*Sierra stands near the elevator area and stares wide eyed down the hall and shakes a little harder. she is clearly spooked by something unknown.

The elevator door opens with a chime, and Jason jumped, then quickly moved inside. Kristian put his arm around Sierra and ushered her inside even as she could feel whatever it was approaching. The doors closed and the elevator started to rise. as it did, there was a faint scratching from the other side. " what the hell was that?" Jason asked nervously.

*Sierra nearly looses it when the doors chime .. but she jumps with a cry at the scraping. 'oh god .. he sent it this way .. the doc sent it after us .. or its controlling the doc .. i don't know .. but that is the strange i felt before .. can we go NOW? ... '
*her eyes are huge with fear now .. but she remains in control of herself long enough to try and keep track of whatever it was .. and hopes it stays downstairs, because she DONT want it coming after them. her finger points out where it is .. and will let them know if it gets closer to them.

As the elevator rose, Sierra could feel it moving back towards the M.E., until both were out of range.
" Jason? Why are we going to the upper floors, mon?" Kristian asked as the elevator continued up.
" Because it makes it easier to ditch anyone following us. " He explained. " If anyone recognizes us, or the coroner comes after us, we don't want to be predictable and head right for the front door." He was calming down.
" What's with you, mon?"
" i just don't like magic users, okay?" He replied defensively. " Once you've tangled with a few, you'll understand."

' ... its ... it went back .... ... it went back to the doctor down there ... he ... there were words when i tried to sense his powers .. and it was wrong .. what i felt was wrong and bad from him ... but that other thing? .. it was ... was evil
*Sierra is still wide eyed, but now the shaking from the fear hits her finally and she simply asks as she holds out a shaking hand and then stuffs it into her pocket
'can we go now .. ? .. please? ... i really don't like it here .. that man was .. just bad ... can we just go home now?'
