Miranda doesn't seem as upset as Tharsis as she replies, heading down to meet up with them. "We train and we get better."

"I could go for a good shopping trip." he was fairly certain that with the right mods to the suit he could easily get it right. Only if he had the Workshop available to him.

"Not too much. I guess his armour doesn't Life support. On my side I had the Workshop handling my tech support. Archimedes made most of my armour and cards." he shrugged.

Eventually, Power Armour comes to, and the group is ferried off in the van back to the police station.
"Supplies," explains Karson, "Are still your responsibility. CSPD simply does not have the resources to obtain every kind of specialized weapon. Gas masks, however, we can provide."

Tharsis tried to keep his discomfort from showing while his wings were folded first to get in the van, and now in the police station. " When there was no one to overhear, he finally complained," Can we soon get out of here? You have no idea how uncomfortable this is."

"I'd like to avoid the press too. Is possible to go into a police parking lot building and switch vehicles? we could have this one go on as if we were in it and lead them away." Quinn said thoughtfully.
