*returns from the kitchen .. a couple of oranges in her hands and from the look of the pockets, a couple more in there. she is currently munching on an apple as she sticks her head about the corner 'so .. what are we doing? .. ' *she offers a couple more apples about the room .. and then hands Janey the last one.

To Ashley's surprice, Alice simply nods and says "That is a good idea. Hopefully she will be willing to help us." Alice then nods at Dmitri and says "That sounds fine to me." She takes an apple from Sierra with a quiet 'Thank you' and eats it quietly. She tells Sierra "You'll take Isamu and Dmitri will take Ashley through the portal. He and I will catch up so I can get some time to recover some of the energy I used against Ragnarok."

Isamu looks from Ashley to Alice, then to Sierra. He walks towards her and say, "I am ready to go. We must hurry before he hurts an innocent person."

Dmitri nods and opens the gateway back to the park. " I'll be back to pick you up once we find Ragnarok." He told Aice before giving Janie a good bye kiss and picking up Ashley. He motioned to Sierra and Isamu, " We're right behind you."

" Then we better work together." Jason suggested. " But if I know Rags, he's just looking to make his getaway for now to lick his wounds. " He smirked, " and to plot how to get even for not letting him kill me. Thanks by the way." Jason held out a hand in gratitude.

Alice nods at Dmitri and says "Be careful. You've all seen what he can do." As they head through the portal, she sits down and closes her eyes and meditates, trying to replenish some of the energy she used up fighting Ragnarok.

Tom takes Jason's hand "No Problem. Any friend of Alice's is a friend of mine." He looks thoughtful for a moment "Actually. I have an idea. Think you can race back to the autshop and get a jar full of iron fillings?"

*mimics Di's flying power and as she shifts to the coppery metal .. she takes a step and then she's flying out of hte opening .. and hovers just a little above the tree and then waits. its clear she needs instruction now .. but at least she's willing to try and do something

Dmitri nodded to Alice before transforming as well and following Sierra. He landed and released Ashley.
She looked at the others, " Good luck, we'll catch up as soon as I can."
Dmitri nodded and rose up into the air again. " Now, if you we're a twelve foot tall giant trying to get away, where would you start?"

Left alone, it was silent in the war room for a few minutes until Alice heard concerned voice. " Allie, are you okay?" Janie asked.

" Yeah, sure, but the reporters would just follow me again." Jason pointed out. " Why, what good are iron filings going to do us?"

He said, and flew straight up, leaving Sierra and Isamu alone in the park. the crowds behind the police barriers took notice of the pair of them and started to point. Two cops turned at the commotion and approached. " You folks can't be in here." then a squawk came over both of their radios.
" Code 17. Code 17. All available units to Bayside Marina"

Jason shrugged. " Yeah, been there. Okay, be back shortly." and again he left Tom alone. More sirens approached, but this time it was ambulances and fire trucks. something big had happened.

Janie's attention was drawn as alice could hear her moving away. she spoke with a scared tone, " Allie, he's on the television. they say he just blew up a gas station and he's got a bus load of hostages at some marina. Oh lord Allie, it's a school bus."
