OK so this is the situation fully. Our tenants moved out and we are cleaning and getting the house ready for today or tomorrow to be decided if we are renting or selling. After seeing the damage these tenants did it will likely be renting but we have actual tenants that fall under not friends but people we know well enough that we can kick them out if needed.
Also my heart condition is semi up in the air still but not 100% controlled yet and waiting for the surgery could take several months. (It is not that life threatening, more an annoyance some times painful) But this is a cure.
Anyway in the end I open this to discussion. If you want to chat I have/use facebook and googlechat and even have a discord. (Still not a fan but my entire table top prefers it) Sasqaricious#0344

On a note after a weekend of discussion it was decided we will rent. In this case found out with inlaw trouble there is a chance they may have to move out here...while I will let MIL move in no way I will let more than one live in our house. So rented out it is. As a bonus I got a renter mid month so loss of half a month is not bad.
