Charlotte grew up with the only family she's ever known - the Davidson's. Charlotte has always known that she was different – it was clear to her from an early age that it wasn't normal for people to be able to pick up a car with their bare hands Or read minds and emotions. Or fly. Because of this, Charlotte followed her parents advice to keep her abilities a secret, though she would try to help people however she could without giving herself away. While her parents didn't approve, they realized that forbidding her from doing so wasn't going to work, so they did their best to support her. She also had the rest of her adoptive family: Uncle Lex, Aunt Viv and Uncle Matt there to help her when ever she had questions.
Despite all she was doing, Charlotte couldn't help but look up at the sky every night and wonder where she was from and how she had ended up here on Earth. Were there any other beings like her, living in secret the same way that she was?
