"Board would be nice, thank you. I'll grab a wetsuit..they have pockets for our cards?" she asked. Her surfing time was mostly untrained and learn by practice. It would be nice to properly learn and get in a real ocean.
"Suppose we should leave a note..'borrowing quinjet. Flying to west coast for beach' ?" the mutant grinned as she looked at them then asked before heading to snag and change into the suit.

"Earth to Gabby." Melissa said with a sigh. "Tell me your not doing that 'I'm in a comic book' thing like your Dad again." She sighed.
"No problem." Alex smiled. "Long, short or boogey?" He asked, then rubbed his chin. "I think Greer left a wetsuit here you can use. It was a bit small for her, but most of her clothes."
"Intentionally." Mel added flatly.
(Museum)
"Really? I gave them an opportunity to leave initially, and the doors are still unlocked so they could throw away their weapons and leave at any time." Leshnerr pointed out. "But then you are one of the few people that would not take the chance to escape themselves, aren't you? Pity they don't have a medival display of some sort that might have a shield, isn't it?" He smiled, tipping he at least suspected who Steve was.
The reconstructed dinosaur continued to chase the neonazis, but so far it had only attacked one with a tail slap as he had taken aim at Magneto and Cap again.
(Japan)
"Uh huh, hang tight old man." The driver snarked before snapping the throttle open, and sat Logan back in his seat. "This ain't no normal bike to haul tourists around." He braked hard to make a corner, causing one wheel to come up as he turned and headed down a side street. Behind them came the screech of protest from tires, followed by a thud of an impact. "Well, they are at least they're mad now."

Steve tried to maintain his cool about Magneto's last comment. "Ah, so you're for freedom of choice? I can respect that. Let's just make sure that everyone's completely informed." Having tossed aside the neo-nazi's gun, Rogers kicked open an Emergency exit door. "Leave. Now." He motioned to the fleeing Neo-Nazis to exit.
He took a moment to lock eyes with Erik. "I'm not one to run from a fight if I think the cause is right. Never have been."

With that he runs off, pausing only to put his communicard on the right channel.

Gabby looks up as Melissa tries to get her attention. "Don't be silly. We're not in a comic book. It's obvious we're all in a play by post game." Turning to Blink, Gabby replies sympathetically, "Dude, I didn't catch most of that, but I know EXACTLY how you feel." Showing just how little attention she had been paying to the others, Gabby continues, "There was this one waiter I was so going to score with. But then some other dude blew up the restaurant. And he was like a 7 or MAAAYBE an 8, so, kindred spirits, buddy!"
Disappearing briefly, Gabby re-appears wearing a red bikini and is carrying a beach bag with towels in it strung over her shoulder. In her other hand, she's carrying a cooler full of beer. "Let's do this! I'm pretty sure the GM wants to get the game moving already."

The driver offered as he made another sharp corner, the horn of a truck coming the other way as they cut it off and put more distance on their pursuers. "Your call, I keep losing them or pull over and get my phone out to record this for Youtube." It was clear the young man was having fun.

"Okay, first time, then let's try boogey boards, much easier to start and a lot of fun." Erik replied with big smile. " I gotta change, catch up with you girls shortly , and sorry, it's not stripes. It's hot pink camouflage." He said as he departed in a hurry.
"Hey, if Beast's toy fails, no one will notice then Blink." Melissa chuckled lightly as she shook her head at Gabby, "Uh right. Let's get moving then. That's cheating by the way." She said as she left.

Melissa was the last to return, wearing a sundressover her bathing suit, showed a map to Blink. "Why drive? Can you open a portal to right here?"She pointed to a map of the Montauk area, " Short walk but secluded spot no one will see us pop in."
"How do you know there won't be anyone there?" Erik asked, trying to hide he was distracted by Gabby's bikini.
"I've been there a few times." Melissa shrugged.
"I know, we went there a few times on the old team, when you would slip away with...., oh, I get it. Nevermind." He blushed a bit, making Mel chuckle and nod.

(Natural History Museum)
"Do you honestly believe that these buffoons will choose flight over fight? My good man, I think you overestimate their level of intelligence." Magneto scoffed as Steve opened the door. "I said they have the opportunity to make the choice to flee, but I doubt any of them are capable of making that decision."
The construct continued to stalk forward, unnervingly silent except for heavy footfall, and was finally enough to crack the neonazis gang, and pistols began to discharge. It was then that Leshnerr did something few would believe, as the rounds that missed the skeletal dinosaur slowed and then stopped in mid air as if caught in a huge net before falling harmlessly to the floor. "It makes it so much easier when they use jacketed bullets."
The gunshots were suddely joined by screams as the T-Rex skeleton caught it's first victim, grabbing one of the gang members by the arm with saber length teeth an hoisting him aloft.

Simon made it half a block before a police officer blocked his path, "Sorry Sir, You'll have to stay beyond the barricades." She said, holding a hand up to his chest. "I'm going to have ask you step back with the ...," she flinched and lost her train of thought as the air was filled with gun fire from inside the museum.
Over her radio came a disturbing panicked call, "SHOTS FIRED! SHOTS FIRED! SWAT enroute. All units push back the quarantine area to keep bystanders safe!"
The officer looked at Simon, then the rest of the crowd, "You heard them. Everyone back to the intersection. Let's go!"

Steve turned to face Magneto. "And what exactly are you proving? That you're smarter than they are? That you're more powerful? You've proven both. No, I know what this is." He walked forward. "This is about making them feel something, something you remember. You remember feeling powerless, helpless, and you want these men, clinging to the same sickness, to feel what you felt. Is that it?" He walked as close as he could to Erik, never taking his eyes off him. "It's about living in a world filled with fear, with rules you don't understand and a cruelty you can't hope to face. It's about being alone and knowing no one can save you." Steve then looked directly into the other man. He took a deep breath, and his next words were nearly a whisper - only Magneto could hear. "And for that, I'm sorry."

"Where I come from showing off in front civilians gets Mutants killed often the people that see them too.. Since it seems I'm out voted however..I will do so. Let me grab something before we go." she put her avengers card in a pocket and retrieves a brace pins from her room. Any soldier worth their salt is always armed and her lack true military training aside she was raised with the thinking of a soldier. The mutant returns and puts on beasts device.
"I'll be fine with a board but some beginner board time would be good for refresher. I can use the avengers card to buy one their. It'll be fun to see Tony's forehead wrinkle as he asks about the purchase. One portal to the beach." she opens a portal with a grin.
"These people will get me killed. at least I'm armed and ready." she thought. Blink looked at the map prior to the portal opening. If she could reach the moon and across most of the mid west. This was going to be easy for distance. Accuracy however would be the risk. A visual would be nice..but lacking that and since they were in hurry a wild guess would have to do.

Simon cocks his head at the police officer. Did she seriously not recognize me?
He takes off his sunglasses to reveal his glowing eyes. "Officer, I'm an Avenger."
With that, he triggers a short burst of his belt-mounted jets to propel him up and over the officer, so he can continue.

Gabby rolls her eyes at Melissa. “It's not cheating if you use what you're born with. Also, that green tinge of envy is not a good look for you.” Sighing at Blink, Gabby retorts, “If you're going to be a Debby downer the whole day, just stay home, ok?” Fluffing her hair, Gabby puts on a pair of oversized sunglasses she grabs from her beach bag and says, “Let's goooooooooo!”
