As McKenna waited for the next chamber to pressurize, she could not help the sense of panic setting in. Flip had expressed his feelings and she felt the same way, and now he lay injured while she waited on the ship's compartments to pressurize. "I knew I should have brought my kit. I just knew it. Goddamnit, come on!" She barked, slamming the door with the flat of her hand.

"Yup, looks like. While were here may as well look around This rock might be more valuable than we realize. Depending on whats on it of course." he grinned looking about for anything that might help them out.
"Look, I hate to get all emotional here. Watch yourself..I'd hate to see anything to happen to you. pretty sure the rest would miss ya. So if your going to watch that EVA capsule can you just be careful?" he added looking at the rock for any shapes or points of interests.1d20

"I'm bringing it down sir," Flip says before toggling off the comms and muttering, to just himself, "and it will definitely be ready for scrap when I get there."
He holds the ships course as he tries to get it through the maneuver.

In the ship McKenna's angry thump forced the door out of alignment, and it stopped moving, just before giving enough space to squeeze through. On the other side, she could see flickering lights and the doors to the guest rooms.
Foreman's Subconscious, Since we have some time
"Huh," Said Tawfeek, as he casually sat in the co-pilot's chair of the upturned, careening transport. He sipped a cup of coffee. "So this is what made you available for my ship."
The atmosphere outside was clearing, but the ship was still suffering from the friction.
"And no heat shield, to boot." He said.
Sip.
The Fragment The rock fragment, from where they stood, didn't show any exciting indications of the minerals it contained.
Though, it hardly mattered, since they were saving a poor helpless country.
"And yet he's not moving," Jessica grunted disapprovingly. "It's not even drifting off."
Evidently, the EVA was actually keeping pace with them.

"Oh come on!" McKenna moaned in discouragement as the door stopped. She took a look first, then squeezed in through the slight opening and then beelined for medical and looked for her trauma bag so she could get back.

Medical Bay The trauma bag was right where she left it, when she got there.
It looked like the ceiling had buckled a little under whatever it was the had hit the ship.
Or it might have. The lights were flickering too intermittently to know for sure.

"They are hit pretty bad probably. If they hit a decompression that should reduce internal damage. the ship likely lost movement because of the decompression..if all points decompressed at once it would stop it." he looked on assessing visually.

Flip forces the ship through the maneuver. He could feel the shudder and groan of the ship as the maneuver is complete and the ship levels off. He ignores all the warning lights on the console as he enters the atmosphere so any of the hull breech warnings were no longer a big concern. He could feel the ship lurch again as a chunk of the outer plating is ripped off. He looks at the rear view screen to watch it fly off before it starts plummeting behind the ship and then down to the ground below. He cringes and says, "I hope that hits and empty field," to no one but himself. He thinks about how great it was to get this ship through that maneuver. He has now successfully "flipped" every craft he has had the opportunity to fly solo. He was glad they sent him to take down this ship, the last of its kind in existence. Now he will have been the only person to ever do this on that craft.
He contacts control, "Foreman to Control, coming in on final approach."

McKenna did not spend much time looking around, but the damaged ceiling concerned her enough that she sped up her return to the bridge, careful to close every bulkhead door behind her.

Foreman's subconscious"Damn straight you are," Barked back the control tower. "Huh, he sounds upset," Tawfeek said. "I have to admit, I'm curious about how this plays out." The bridgeAll of the doors had closed, except the one she had dislodged. Foreman was still unconscious. Which was an accomplishment, because Tawfeek was unleashing holy hell into the comm in a language McKenna didn't understand. Rolls for McKenna! Let's see how dreamy Foreman really is. the Fragment"Also, there's a tether," Jessica says, patting Mensk in the direction of the EVA pod. "Let's go salvage us a ride."

McKenna ran to Foreman's side and quickly began her rapid body survey from head to toe so she could determine any injuries he might have sustained (MD diagnose : 92%) while watching his face for any signs of consciousness, "Come on Flip, you have to be all right."

"A girl after my own heart..." he grins, "I think I can fly it if it gets us off this rock. Suppose we'll get a raise for finding that?" he adds following her to the tether. The beacon being secure and there claim on this hopefully valuable rock as solid as it was going to be it was time to leave.
If he'd been smart he'd have brought a bag to get a few samples to look at. As it was that could be done later and would be if had time. Mengsk always wanted to try his hand at Geolgy.1d20·1d20·1d100

Flip shrugged off the angry tone that came through the comms. He finished touching the ship down on the designated pad, cutting all the engines and thrusters as the ship settles. Pushing back from the controls he stands and turns for the exit when the ship lurches slightly as one of its landing gear buckles from the years on the craft as well as the strain of the manuevers he inflicted. He runs his hands over the control surface as he turns and makes his way off the ship.
Walking off the lopsided boarding ramp he turns and gives the ship a salute as he turns and sees a procession of people heading his way. The grin on his face dieing as he realizes that the group is made up of his CO and a contingent of MP's and none of them looked pleased.

Bridge Oh no!
Not only has Foreman's head split in 2, but they've become boot shaped!! The boot-shaped heads seem to have normal circulation, though.
Tawfeek slammed the comm shut.
"Damn pirates!" He grunted.
Foreman's Dream
Tawfeek followed Foreman out of the wreck.
"Ahh," He said, in a tone of comprehension. "That one."
Sip.
"Lieutennant," The CO said in a quiet tone. "You are lucky no-one got hurt. Sargeant. Take him."
The lead MP cuffed Foreman and walked him off.
Fragment Mensk and Jessica arrived at the pod. Mensk didn't have a chance to get his samples, given Jessica's rush.
Once they got there, they saw a very bored pilot sitting inside.
"Oh well, it's occupie" Jessica sighed. "Whatch this."
She knocked on the front window. The pilot started and would have fallen off his seat, if he weren't buckled.
"Worth it." She said. "Get it running. I'll tell the captain we have something of value."
Bridge "Captain," Jessica commed. "We have a man."
Tawfeek turned from McKenna's examination to the comm. "Bring him. I've had enough of this crap."
Fragment "You heard him Mensk," Jessica said. "We kidnap this man."

McKenna realized her mistake and let out a string of curses under her breath that would make any sailor blush as she moved to the other end of the fallen pilot. "Come on Foreman, you wakeup right now and I'll kiss you right here on the spot." She bargained while doing her survey over.
