Mr. Alexander
He is a mid-level team liaison with Omega Shield. His job is to be the central point of contact for the field team. Anything the team needs while on a mission it is his job to arrange it.
His background is still mostly unknown to the team members. All they do know is Mr. Alexander went by the name Silverback when he worked for an unidentified government organization. Before he started working with Omega Shield, he was part of a short-lived government agency in the same capacity he is in now.
He is a meta-human, though is powers are still unknown, but it's rumored he is very powerful.

So far, little is known about the individual called Tribe. He works at a night club called Beneath Hades in various capacities and apparently has ties to the Mutant Underground in Century Station.

Real Name: Ms. Patricia Razzo Aliases: None Powers: None Group Affiliations: Century Station Mayor's Office Allies: Unknown Personal Information: Ms. Razzo is single, has a degree in sociology and holds a mid-level position in the mayor's office which she has held for the past three and a half years. She was born and raised in Century Station and left only long enough to complete her college degree at UCLA. She returned and was hired on with the city. She eventually made it up to her current position. Her father and mother were both killed in the Bloody Monday riots and her only brother has been missing for almost two years.

Real Name: Gregory Halston Aliases: The Great Gregor, Magician Powers: Energy Conversion, Personal Force Field, Doorway, Sensory Orb Group Affiliations: Omega Shield Allies: None Personal Information: Gregory was born to a middle-class family in Iowa. He always had an interest in being a stage magician, but he didn't really have the aptitude. He worked hard on mastering a few basic tricks and it was enough to perform on small stages and children's birthday parties. When his powers developed he tried to incorporate them into his act thinking they would get him bigger performances, but he never quite figured out how to without revealing his powers. His first performance using his powers only scared the audience and revealed his abilities. It wasn't long after that Omega Shield, having heard of his abilities, recruited him. He trained hard and finally found his niche as an OS operative. This is his first mission, but his sleight of hand, disguise and other skills, along with his powers, should make him a viable asset to the team.

Everyday Big Coat: A big coat, armored, designed to be worn over clothes. It could also be sized to be worn over armor, but then it will be very cumbersome if the underlying armor is not worn. Good mobility. Comes with socks, boots, hat-liner, and gloves.

Roan
Roan is a mutant animal. Some kind of deer or antelope type creature. She is native to Japan, mute, a natural telepath, and of the the greatest Aikido instructors ever. She uses her mental communication to teach her students with a speed and depth that few people imagined was possible.
Born in Japan, her past is somewhat mysterious in that she doesn't talk about it, but she has been at the most prestigious Aikido dojo in Japan for at least a couple of decades.
Tiger appoints her chief martial arts trainer for the three pilot candidates (even Tiger defers to her in matters of martial arts), and Roan is also a trainer in Meditation and Mental Training and Education. Her education is limited to certain skills relating to martial arts, but she is an excellent scholar in those subjects and her high intelligence makes her a valuable tutor in any subject.
A tall, thin, doe-eyed mutant animal with a distinctly deer like face and animal like ears. Her hands and feet appear human. She is elegant and graceful, with a haunting, alien beauty.

Marv
Marv is an expert in Ch'in-na, the Art of Seizing. Tiger knows he was framed and not only arranged for his parole and gave him a signed full pardon the minute he landed on the Omega Shield base.... she also made sure the corrupt cops who put him away were drafted and sent out of the country. At her urging the Governor delivered a pointed message to them that carrying out their threats against Marv's mother will result in hits on all of them and their own mothers.
Brought to Omega Shield to help train the three candidates, Marv is the best Ch'in-na trainer in the world as rated by Chinese Military Intelligence. His students are all legendary martial artists or up and comers.
Marv is a hulking neanderthal-like man, who suffers from bouts of forgetfulness and alzheimer's like symptoms. He is fine when he takes his medication, but sometimes mixes people and times up without it. He is stocky, wide like an NFL lineman, except Marv is mostly muscle. A grizzled, craggy face gives him a fearsome appearance.
Marv is respectful of women, and kind to children, but extraordinarily dangerous in a fight and has a criminal record of assaults a mile long (mostly against nasty criminals who had it coming). He is a cunning and nasty opponent with huge strength and deadly martial arts skill. He served a couple years for a string of murders he did not commit, but he did kill the murderer and a couple of his friends....
