Some kind of field is over the new sniper's head. Shroud is higher than he is, so his shot is deflected. Shroud will need to get under him to shoot around the field.
The new sniper is about five stories up the side of a building across the street from the labyrinth.
The new sniper, flinching as Shroud's round is deflected, spray's the area around the door with laser fire hitting Dante, Jeckle and Wind Chill in the lower legs.
(10 damage each)
His clip empty, the sniper ducks into the building to escape.

Tiger is now in range of the other sniper, the one with the .50 rifle. She fires one of her revolvers empty as she runs, using explosive rounds to bring down debris on the sniper's position.
Catching a hint of deflection, she fires her other revolver empty, still dodging the enemies rifle shots. She hits armor every time, but her fifth and six shots puncture it, killing the sniper inside.

*Jeckle bares her teeth and hisses as she's hit. she stumbles and hits the ground and rolls before sitting up and holding the injured sight. she then takes the time to get some items from a pocket and then gives her injuries some attention before standing up and rejoining hte others.
having spent so much time in her youth in the burn unit, she knows the possible dangers of leaving injuries untended, and chooses to deal with the injuries now instead of later
once done, she slowly gets to her feet and seems to limp now as she rejoins the others. her iron will now blocking out the injury and turns it into clear-headed thoughtfulness as she takes out and loads one of her handguns.

Miranda winces as she and the others are hit. 'Too damned slow, Miranda, too damned slow' she criticizes herself silently. Once the door is open an they get inside, she uses her healing power to heal the damage (healed 15 sdc). She whispers "Sorry." to the others and mentally slaps herself upside the head and mentally focuses on the task at hand.

Dante grunts as he is hit and continues working the doors ignoring the pain for the moment. He isn't sure whats on the other side of the door, but he prepares to bring up a defense should they need it.

Once the door is forced open, the team can see a street choked with trash and garbage. The junk is at least four feet deep covering the entire street and particularly tall mounds of refuse make rolling hills along the street branching out in all directions at the nearest intersection. Steel girders are piled and braced against the wall that the team just passed through, preventing anyone from re-opening the street without a major construction project.
A homeless man rummages in the garbage. According to Jeckle’s map, the guy they are following proceeded straight down this street. Although when the team looks at it, he probably had a hover car or could fly since there isn’t any indication that anyone has walked through the garbage for months.
Tiger and Patriot come down to the entrance quickly.

Khris watched through his scope with one hand and pulled out his phone with the other, holding it out he texted Tiger
Gotta get low to get this guy. Keep under cover
Not worrying about concealment as much now, Khris tucked the phone away and began to climb down the side of the building, keeping one eye on the guy with the laser. He knew that if the guy was good, he'd spot him, but the risk was necessary. oddly, the sones' Gimme some Shelter came to mind and he started humming along.

*Jeckle adjusts the leg unit so that it would take the pressure off the injured leg. as she stands up again she comments 'well he went up and over, or its not real. your choice, cause i have no clue how these things work. holograms maybe, but this? .. no clue'
*the sigh of relief is evident as she moves about a little to ensure the unit is working properly. 'do either of you two need some patching? burn scars are a ***** when they heal wrong'
*she holds out a tube of cream and some guaze, in case its needed by either Dante or Windchill

The sniper with the laser does not re-emerge, Shroud is able to descend the building and join the others at the entrance to the street of trash.

Miranda shakes her head at Jeckle and whispers "I'm ok. I have healing abilities. Thanks though." She can't help but make a face of disgust at the sight inside the Labyrinth and hopes they don't have to spend too much time inside it, as they wait for the others to join them."

Khris wasn't happy when he made to the bottom without the last sniper reappearing. He made sure the others heard him coming as he reached the street. " Sorry folks. Laserboy dinna come back out to play. I'm gonna have to go up and get him. Odds are he's already reported in." His shroud disappears and he returns to normal from his blur of movement and hisrifle disappears, to be re[placed with his sandals that he quickly puts on. " Tigger, I love what you've done with the place." He smirked sarcastically as he looked around at the filth.

Dante tries to stand on his leg to see how badly he is hit. When he is handed the tube he shrugs his shoulders. "I don't usually treat my wounds that way. I usually get into a trance and heal myself that way."
Once they are joined by the others he says, "sorry I didn't get them in here sooner boss. I suggest we get moving. If that sniper called in, we can probably expect some attention real soon.

*Jeckle's look of comraderie fades as she shrugs and takes back the tube of ointment* 'forgot .. won't happen again' *she locks that information away and then looks at the others when they arrive and gives a faint smile as her mind shifts gears and starts getting analytical about angles and cover.
*she makes sure that the tranq's in her handgun are locked and ready to load before nodding her compliance for action. 'last chance for ammo .. anyone?' *she looks at the various people gathered about her and then with a shrug, starts to button up her long coat. she's glad it will provide some cover and protection, but really hopes she'll be behind cover for when its really needed.

Tiger says, "He must have reported in by now. We won't hang around here waiting for reinforcements or waste time trying to track a hidden sniper. He'll be a pain to find once he's gone to ground."
She wrinkles her nose, "Let's continue on." She leaps up onto one of the girders and jumps to the wall of a nearby building, avoiding the sea of garbage.
