"Dante can lead. He is the most familiar with the city and may be able to defend against the sniper attacks." Tiger responds to Jeckle's question. Tiger's tone doesn't sound commanding, as if she would'nt mind if Wind Chill or Jeckle lead.
Having made her suggestion. Tiger cleans out the trunk of the Caddy quickly, and leaps up the walls of the alleyway. She jumps up first to one side, and then back to the other, always moving up until she is several stories up, then she leaps up and out into the street and jumps back and forth from one side of the street to the other moving towards the Labyrinth in zig zagging jumps at a height of nearly six stories.
Patriot uses his swing line in a different style to similar effect, following Tiger at a height of about five stories. Tiger and Patriot pause for only a moment to wait for the other three to make their way to the street across from the Labyrinth and then Tiger jumps the distance, landing on a building on the Labyrinth side. Patriot follows her across and they both pause on the opposite side, guns drawn, waiting for the rest of the team to cross the street.

Through his scope, Khris watched over the rooftops until he caught some movement in his scope. Switching back to telescopic, he smirked as he watched Tiger and Patriot for a split second before resuming his rooftop sweeps.

*Jeckle listens to Tiger and then looks at Dante and gives him a nod. 'right .. guess you're the guide, Windchill's the firepower and I'm the tracker ... ' *she pauses to watch as Tiger and then Patriot get to the rooftops and then sighs once*
'well as the tracker I say we head that way? ... ' *points to the rear with a half chuckle as she moves to get to the Labyrinth's entrance 'no? .. well .. come on then. if this start to adventure, better not keep it waiting anylonger than it really needs huh? .. '

*Jeckle seems to be pre-occupied with some mental calculations about things and measurements and driving speeds. as a result she seems to be slightly not totally all there if asked a question right away.
*she moves forward without much hesitation, and assumes that if she acts like she owns the place, no one will other her

After catching Tiger's jumbled thoughts Dante smiles. Before she heads off he sends back, 'I can do more than one thing at time.... I will keep an eye on them...Maybe when this is all over you can try the purple hair, and we can get a drink,' he finishes hoping to lighten the mood some.
Dante stops leaning and stands up straight, he makes the cards disappear from view, and looks over the other two. Before proceeding he dives into both their minds and mentally says to them, 'FOCUS!'
When they are both startled and looking his way Dante says, "sorry about that, I wanted to make sure you ladies are focused and ready. This is serious, the Labyrinth is probably one of the most dangerous places on earth." He does his best to hide his nervousness and reluctance at being placed in a command position.
He looks directly at Jeckle, "I understand how stray thoughts can come flashing through someone's mind. This is not the time for them." He now looks back and forth between the two. "We all need to be alert, and I need you all to stay close. I have abilities that can warn me if there is immediate danger to one of us, but only if you all are close. Follow my lead, follow my directions. I may give you commands mentally or verbally. If I go down, WindChill your job is to get the two of you out of there."
After his little speech, he turns his back and claps his hands together, "all right lets get going."

As Jeckle, Dante and Wind Chill move to cross the street to the Labyrinth, a sniper with a .50 rifle shoots Tiger, wrecking the armor on her thigh. She is out of pistol range, but she whirls and runs up the side of the building in a complex pattern, drawing her revolvers as she runs. The sniper is not visible, and its difficult to know where the shot came from unless you were just hit as Tiger was.
Patriot ignores Tiger and looks steadily in the other direction waiting to see if there are any other snipers.
Across the street from Wind Chill, Dante and Jeckle is a steel reinforced door with no handle. There are no open streets into the Labyrinth.

' .. well that was unexpected ... ' *Jeckle looks at the door with a frown. she then looks at Dante for a clue of what to do now. while waiting for instructions, she pulls out what looks like a garage door opener, points it at the door and presses a button. yes it is a garage door opener and she's giving it a shot. 'never know .. it just might work'

Khris didn't see Tiger take the hit, but he heard it and immediately resumed sweeping for other shooters. As he swept, he filtered through the different settings on the scope, hoping one of them would give away where other shooters lay hidden.

Dante sees the door, he says to the others, "cover me for a second."
He walks up to the door and crouches down to minimize his profile, and places a hand on the door. He lets his mind run through the door to see if the door is connected to a machine of any kind. If he reaches out and finds a machine attached, he will command it to open the door for them. (Telemechanics (ISP = 10), If machine then Telemechanic Operation (ISP= 12))

While Dante is opening the door, he feels a sixth sense warning and is able to just barely avoid a laser shot aimed at his head.
Followup shots are aimed at Jeckle. The sniper is firing bursts now that his targets are moving.
Shroud and Patriot can trace the approximate position of the new sniper based on the angle of the laser fire. The new sniper is about 1,000ft away - too far for Patriot to shoot with handguns.

' oh bla...' *jeckle starts hopping and darting about and tries to maintain the sniper's attention for all of 6 seconds before she realizes that what he's firing would hurt a lot more than bullets.
'i wish i had my ... ' *she ducks and weaves to the left and a little further away from Dante and Windchill, and really hopes that she continues to stay out of range.

Dante avoids the laser blast and says, "Look out, sniper. Windchill, can you give us any kind of cover, I'm still working on this door," he says before turning his attention back to the task of opening the door.

The door is not yet opened, but Dante's approach works. While he turns his attention back to the door he is able to understand the simple levers involved in opening it and move them.
The door opens, while laser fire still rains down at the three of them.
