Once the basic plan is laid out, Siobhan unbuckles the seatbelt and half-turns in her seat, taking ahold of the door-handle after making sure that it is not locked. Glancing over her shoulder, the blonde speedster waits until Deci has left the vehicle and taken flight.
Drawing in a deep, nervous breath Sio pulls the handle, pushing the door open; a brief moment as she checks the width of the space she has before pushing off the frame of the hovervehicle into a short jump...

Once the others were clear, Avi said to Alice," Hang on, here we go. " He floored the accelerator before Alice could respond.
Overhead, Deci could see Siobhan and Jason clear the car and then it sped up. The pursuing car also sped up, but the driver must have caught the deception and immediately started to brake.
Siobhan saw Jason stumble and recover as he went out the other side and quickly increased to full speed and was behind the pursuing car before they had chance to react

Sio doesn't have a chance to be concerned as Jason recovers quickly enough; with an exultant grin, the blonde heroine maneuvers herself alongside the van, driver side, keeping pace with it easily enough. God, barely even a jog!
Once in position, Sio attempts to peer through the windows, to get an idea of who or what might be inside...

Confirming now in her head that this is indeed someone that is following the party Deci decides to ice the road and let the vehicle go into the wetland up ahead.

As Sio paced the car, the suddenly went into a slide and then started to spin out of control as it hit the ice. There was a loud thump on the other side as Deci saw Jason shoulder check the passenger door to keep someone from jumping out before stopping before he too was on the ice. The car went into a lazy spin before miring into the swampy patch alongside the road.
Avi brought the team vehicle back around to set facing the now stuck car, and then he got out and stood with his arms folded
In the other vehicle, two men sat in the front seat, staring in disbelief at the team

Deci really having nothing to offer at ths point just stays in the air and maintains a close watch on the situation but realizes she had not received a radio yet so staying up here might be useless if she can not hear the rest of the team. As such she starts to float downwards so just in case she will be in earshot range. But the main thing going through her mind at this time, Thank the worlds I am out of that crammed vehicle. She thinks as she debates if it comes to it just flying or walking home after.

Sio managed to keep her balance and her feet under her once hitting the ice, quietly thanking her awesome shoes and their traction. As the van comes to settle in the mire, Sio moves as close as she can without getting stuck herself, keeping an eye on the driver-side door.
If either person in the van attempts to make an offensive action, she'll fire a warning shock-blast into the side of the van.

With Avi and Alice waiting in the car, Jason took the lead, flashing his ID card. "Nobody do anything stupid, and I won't let the ladies tear you apart. Deci, you can ask the questions."
The driver an passenger of the car both sat there, bewildered. It was clear they had not been expecting anything like this.

Sio, still keeping an eye on those in the vehicle, flashes a grin to Jason. "Caught em flatfooded, just how I like it." she chirps. After Jason finishes with his spiel, Sio raises her hands, just a little on the threatening side... incentive for the suspects to answer Deci truthfully.
(Intimidate: 1-100 / 10% (or, 0% if you don't adjust down from 30% at 16!)

Hearing the orders Deci hovers up to the vehicle and flashes an award winning smile while lowering the temperature in the cab. "Now one might ask why you are following us, which you do not have to confirm or deny as we have our evidence." She says pulling out her portable camera in hopes to at least let them believe they have photos or video without actually saying it as that would be a lie and not usable for purposes of Arraignment. She does turn it on though so anything they say will be recorded.
"But the one thing that is a bigger mystery is to as why you were following. So if it is possible I would like you to answer us and if the reason is valid enough we may let you go and even help by pulling out your vehicle. But if not then we will make a trip down town and let our psychic have a go at it. And I can tell you know that this is not the most pleasant of feelings." Ending with her veiled thread. "Oh and with our psychic we will know if you are lying or not!"

The two people in the car look at each other, then a pair of FBI badges are pressed up against the windshield.
Jason's shoulders sagged slightly and a single word escaped him.

"Well this is something that is interesting. Guess that means some inter-agency investigation is going to be going on and we have not been informed or perhaps they are trying to use us to do the tough part of their job for them and swoop in after we take down whatever it is we are investigating" She surmises aloud while backing off somewhat to let people more in charge take over even though the temptation to ask what they are there for is in her.

Siobhan takes a step back as the badges are flashed up, glancing to the others nervously. Swallowing hard, the blonde looks back to the alleged agents. "So if you're really FBI agents, why were you following us?"
