"I got all the guns I need, partner. Explosives would be nice - got any rope or wire I could use?" Matt smirks and asides to Vivian. "Not much for automatics myself - seems to me a person who can't get it in the first shot ain't putting in the effort."

"Don't have a lot in the way of explosives other than Viv's arrows, but might be able to scrounge some up. Rope I think I have down in the store room." LEx hesitated a moment, then said, "Vivian, you want to take Matt down to find some. Just be careful what you touch, okay?

Vivian grins at Lex and replies "This isn't my first day." She then says to Matt"Come on then." heading down to the workshop, Vivian heads to where the explosive arrows are kept and look to see if there are any arrows with knockout gas that she can grab as well. "the rope is over here." vivian tells Matt pointing not too far away from where she is standing.

Matt strides up and grabs the rope with his right hand while putting his left arm around Vivian's waste. "So, if you don't mind my askin', what's a fine young lady like you doing mixed up in all this?"

Lex continued puttering away, trying to get the bakery work done so he could prepare for the evening activities.

Vivian scowls as she grabs the explosive arrowheads and shoves Matt's arm away. "I'm doing what I want to do." she replies, grabbing any knock out gas arrows, if there are any. "Go back upstairs, I'll be right up."

Matt whistles "You're even prettier when you're angry, but I get you get that a lot." as he saunters up to Lex. "You got one hell of a partner, hoss."
Vivian manages to get six gas arrows.

Lex gave Matt a sideways glance, trying tO decipher the comment. "Yes I do, and I'd probably do anything for that girl if she were to ask. Including chase away unwanted suitors or kick the tail of anyone that didn't treat her properly." He said with a flat tone without stopping. "Not that she would really need my help." He smirked slightly.

Grabbing the arrow, Vivian heads back upstairs still scowling. If she hears what Lex says, Vivian grins to herself, glad that he held her in such high esteem. 'Not that I couldn't kick Matt's ass if I had to.' Vivin thinks to herself, happy that Lex realizes this.

Matt tips his cowboy hat up. "Oh, don't I know it. But something's worth the risk." His smile is wide and not entirely unpleasant. "A gal like that ain't likely to ride in every day."
Vivian emerges and Matt folds his arms. "Alright, so I'll be off to set up things. See y'all after dark?"
