Deci still being frustrated on everyone telling her what to do, and not understanding the why, just gives up in pure frustration. Knowing it is not Long's fault she does her absolute best to clear the frustration away before saying to Ryne first. "You have no idea, but obviously I am going to be wrong no matter what I say or do."
She then turns to Long, "Thank-you. I don't think I need anything though at the moment to be honest. Maybe a really, really good therapist or something." She says almost half jokingly.

"Obviously you have been through some serious trauma. It is none of my business what the details are about, but there are few things that cannot be made better by talking to a friend. I do hope you decide to stay. Even though we have only just met, I think you are a very nice person. If there is anything that I can do please let me know."

"Hmm...I'm open to several suggestions at the moment." As he hovers off his chair to kiss her.

"I am a nice person. I just wish someone else would notice it like you had. I just don't know what to do yet, and don't think it would be proper. I thank-you though." And with that she gives him a hug if he lets her and continues to cry.

Long hugs her back and gently pats her on the back in a comforting way. "Do you know what always clears my head when I need to make a decision? Madden NFL! I heard there is a fully stocked game room in this place. Would you care to test your mettle on the virtual gridiron? Or maybe there is another ritual that you are fond of that makes decision making easier."

"Football. I loved it when we played football, although I am not that good at the video game. If you think that will help then I will accept your offer, but you know what I need a shower first. I have been trapped for a very long time and although the sweat was freezing, I am still a mess." She says aloud, while thinking, That and if I put something on nice enough maybe SOMEONE will actually notice me!

Other than the watcher from the window, Siobhan was completely alone on the shoreline as the gentle wind blew over her. Far in the distance she could see the occasional flash, the sign of a storm out to sea. The way the wind was blowing, she could tell it would be bearing down on Miami within a couple hours.
Ryne chuckled at both Long and December as he muffed her hair. " you kids go have fun with your video games. I'll see you on the way out, Deci."
Beth was caught by suprise and hesitated at first, but then wrapped her arms around Tom. When they finally released, she looked at him in with a wide smile," I think I want to help you with your homework more often, Mr.Turco."

"Now now...once in a while is fine, but I have to earn my grades." he starts kissing her neck.

Siobhan briefly considers remaining out for the storm, b ut as the breeze begins to chill her, she decides otherwise. Scooping up and pulling on her top the rookie hero gets to her feet and begins to make her way b ack to the house; if the unknown figure is still in the window, she'll offer a brief wave.
Once at the patio, Siobhan takes a moment to brush off excess sand before stepping into the house once more, looking around once there.

Deci turns back to Ryne knowing the mixed feelings at him leaving but by same token bets he does not want her mopiness around. "OK. I will be here definitely and please do not leave till you do." After which she turns and lets Long lead the way.

Hopefully there are signs leading the way to the Rec. Room, otherwise Long will just be wandering around aimlessly. Once they get there Long puts the disc in and sets up the game. Long does his best to not make it obvious, but he lets December win. "Either you are better at this than you let on or my game is really off tonight."

Deci whose heart is not in it is kinda shocked when she does win. "I don't know. I still prefer the real thing. That and jogging, surfing and the likes. Just wish the waves out here are more surfing friendly. Mind you thanks to my powers I could always just slide on ice." She smiles.

"Please, he let you win, Deci." Trevor said as he was racking up the pool table at the other end of the rec room. " I bet that yappy little dog down the street can make better plays than Long just did.If you want, there's a real football in the garage in the box behind the treadmill." his statement was followed by the crack of the balls seperating.
When Siobhan looked up again, the figure in the window had hesitated, returned the wave and then left. When she entered the house, the only people there were Kristian and Sierra, where he was 'helping' with her cooking. It occured to her it had been a window in the conference room upstairs. Though she had to listen closely, there was a knock and the door, and then two more, barely loud enough to hear.
Avi made a slight wave and then turned from the window., a bit suprised to see Isamu there. He stammered, " Uh.. yeah, Deci went with Ryne, she need some space and the big lug is soft on her so I didn't see a problem." Raig looked up as Avi said that, then went back to his writing. A quick glance told Isamu that neither brother had a high level of education, but were doing the best they could. Both of them were similar, with them saying they had been duped into thinking Alice and Jason were on there way there, and no one was there yet.
Beth made no attempt to thwart Tom's advances as a pleasured light moan escaped her before her arm slid under the back of his shirt and she began to press herself up against him. she whispered," Tom... the door..." He could telll she was trying to reach it with her foot.
(and returning...)
Every breath hurt as Sara finally made it to the beach house. she had been lucky she still had MacColter's number and he had given her directions how to find the beach house. as she leaned up against the door casing, she could see blood was dripping from her, curtosy of the beating Homicide had laid on her when she had finally caught up to him and walked right into his trap. While knocking on the door, it went through her head that she was lucky she had gotten away at all.

Tom magnetically shuts the door and locks it. "Where were we?"

'That could have gone better.' Heather thought to herself. Taking down Homicide by herself seem like a good idea at the time considering the level of danger he presents to the team. Hell, to the whole damn city and Sara thought she had the edge on him because he was nuts. Sara perhaps underestimated the crazy in him as it gave him some serious motivation during their last fight; that wholly one sided, terrible fight, trap that began in his favor and almost ended with her dead.
At least she was a live to live this mistake down. Too bad that annoying headache had to start up again after her ass kicking. One would think that blood loose would keep the pressure off her head.
She leans against the door again and knocks on it. The HUD in her eyes had warnings fleshing all over her body about the extent of her damages and if she didn't get some medical help Homicide might actually get what he was trying to accomplish. "Ugh, I really hate you now, Homicide."
She thought a moment and starts going through her pockets with sore hands. Good thing her exo-skeleton was unbreakable else getting back to the house would have been impossible. That didn't mean each step had not been excruciatingly painful and she left a blood trail a rookie operative could follow. She had tried to break it up in places but success was totally depending on luck instead of skill tonight. Gritting her teeth while going through a cargo pocket, Sara manages to fish out her keys and goes through them till she gets to the house key. She never thought about staying away so long but it things didn't turn out the way she plan. Homicide was still alive and she had jump ship on the team. Not a good way to make friends. Lucky for her MacColter didn't hang up on her; he had ever right too considering.
Sara shakes her head, wincing at the headache and groaning softly. She manages to get the key into the lock and turns it. Her first step was fine, pushing the door open with her body. Then her legs finally say screw it and buckle sending her crashing to the floor; all four hundred thirty pounds settling down with a house shaking thud.
Worried for a moment, Sara realizes that her bionic systems did not shift to life support. Relived, she moves to sit up in the hall and waiting for whomever would show up.
