Sierra moves about he kitchen venting her worries and other destructive emotional energies into baking and cooking meals to freeze. she thinks and replays the various things that led up to the confrontation they had. she had already typed up her 'report' as she saw it. she's unsure if the report will help or hinder the main incident report.
*she slides in 2 pans of lasagna . . and for once is glad that there are a bunch of the metal pans. and preps cookie batter to roll into logs and freeze until a later date. her latest attempts to be 'helpful' seemed to have bounced back like a glass pot lid bounces on the sidewalk. so until she can figure out how to be helpful, she can only think and ponder and cook, back or just prep for meals in the future

Upon arriving back at the beach house, Isamu finds December and says, "you and I have much to discuss, I am glad you are well though. For now I need a full accounting of how you wound up in that room. If we want to have Deth brought up on as many charges as possible, we will need as much information as possible. Please follow me." He leads her to the conference room where he had Raig and Panek brought in. He points her to an empty chair. He picks up some legal pads he had Beth leave on the table. He slides one to Panek, one to Raig, and one to December.
"I need your statements. Panek, Raig in your cases I need full accounting of what actually happened at the cabin. I also need every available detail on Deth and the Brethren. To obtain a deal for you both I need your full cooperation. December, I must have you describe how you wound up in that vault. These documents will be your official statements. Any questions?
If none he will say, "if you will excuse me I have something I must attend to. I will return shortly."
He leaves the room, and uses his band-aid-io "Avery have Beth find accommodations for Trevor and Long. Leave December's room available for now as he future is still in flux. I need you to meet me outside the conference room."
Once Avery arrives, Isamu explains he has Raig and Panek in their with Deci and he wants Avery to stay near the room as Raig and Panek are technically criminals, and at this time trust is a luxury that they shouldn't be quick to throw around. He also explains he is going down to check on/visit with Ashley for a while and will return to the conference room in about 30 minutes.
He heads downstairs and checks on how Ashley is doing.

December is a little taken to joy when Isamu says they have a lot to discuss but is kinda thrown for a loop when instead it apparently is just to sit and fill paperwork out. Still he was GLAD she was ok so some paperwork would not be so bad. When he leaves she turns to the two others. "I will fill this out but after the basement I think I need to do this on my deck or in my room. That way I can pack my stuff up for leaving."
With that she turns and heads out the room avoiding everyone she can until she reaches her former room. Once there she flops on the bed and starts to fill out the report. This way she can at least enjoy a bit of comfort before heading home. "You know he could of asked if I wanted to take a shower. I guess though I have evidence on me." After which she starts to fill in the paperwork. From her entrance, the attempted rapes..well coercions to produce sexual favours...no what the negator type person did would have been attempted rape. Then the being thrown in basement after some lives were threatened. To the child being HIS son. She is quite thorough.

When Beth shows us where we will be staying he goes in the room. Shortly, Long is getting kind of bored, but at the same time he doesn't want to get in the way of the people going about their jobs. So he starts working out (hand-stand push-ups, running in place, squat-thrust-flips, etc.)

When Tom rolled into his room, he found someone had been into his things. Beside his assignment to justify who he thought were the two most influential writers of science fiction were several folders fanned out in alphabetical order. Asimov. Herbert. Lucas. Roddenberry. Verne. Wells. There was also a sticky note attached
I hope this helps. I can get others if you want it was unsigned Each folder held a biography of the writer that had been gathered with a lot of internet searching.

Sierra felt Kristian's presence long beth his touch as he slid hid arms around to hug her from behind and kiss her neck affectionately. " You're cooking in the middle of the night, so either you're upset, or bored." He snitched a peice of cookie dough, then asked," Want to talk?"

Checking the pair into a shared room, Trevor looked at Long's exercising. "You realize there's a world class gym in the garage, right?" He smirked," It's attached, so we're technically not breaking house arrest if we head out there."

Avi nodded to Isamu in understanding , then mentioned," Dmitri is gone to meet Alice and Jason when they land. Mac's orders and Janie said he sounded pissed about something."
As Isamu entered the cells, Ashley was curled in a fetal position on what was left of her bedding. She heard him enter and raised her head, then tried to hide an embarrassed look as she spoke softly," Did things go okay?" She stood up to the bars, looking at him.

As Deci started to leave, Avi said," Wait. Deci, I think you're supposed..."
Another voice cut him off. " It's okay Avi, I'll keep an eye on her." Ryne had followed Deci, but let her have her privacy as he turned into the other bedroom. She could hear he was finishing packing.

Deci still a mess finishes the paperwork right down to the part of why she left the team and went on to wind up in the room with Raig. She then actually goes to Ryne's room and knocks on the door but does not enter until bade to do so. Since what has happened she has not had a chance to talk to anyone and with no real friends and was no way in heck she would share it with Raig, perhaps she had to start with Ryne. Not tell him everything but at least have someone that showed some care about her to talk to.

After about an hour of working out, "I just wanted to work out enough to get sleepy. It is easier for me to sleep after my evening exercise."
Long showers, brushes his teeth, and gets in bed. Hopefully this whole mess can get cleared up tomorrow and then they can go get Denial. "Good night, Trevor."

Left alone now that they're back at the house, Siobhan wanders off to the beach behind, settling herself on the deck quietly. Feeling a little lonely, she gazes out at the water for several long minutes before abruptly standing and walking towards the water. "A swim might help me relax.." the young woman mutters to herself, casting a brief glance back at the building behind her.

' . . hey K-man. i'm just wondering if i was any use in the conflict at the warehouse. i wasn't much earlier with Ashley. maybe i'm just putting too much effort into being helpful. i don't know. so i'm prepping meals in case. sorry i'm so readable, i just . . i didn't seem to be much help with Deci at the airport. i mean i got ignored about everything. am i doing the right thing? being here and trying to be a good person. i mean i can stay behind and cook . . but that seems to me that i'm becoming more and more a liability . . '

Isamu smiles when Ashley gets up and turns to him. He says in Japanese "I missed you my love. How are you feeling."
In answer to her question, he nods, "we have found enough evidence that Trevor should be cleared of his charges. He is upstairs, he has agreed to join us for now. We also assisted the DEA in destroying a major drug operation and turned Deth and several of his associates over to SCRET for detainment."
He pauses a moment debating on whether to tell her everything and decides its best he does. "We also had an interesting turn of events. The building we entered to locate the evidence had an un expected visitor that for the moment is also upstairs. We discovered December in a cell in the basement of the building being detained by the Brethren. For the time being she is upstairs, at the moment writing her statement as to what led to her being Deth's prisoner."

While Tom worked, his metal sensing abilities picked up small amounts coming close, and then the other door coming open. Beth spoke softly as she entered," Did I make good choices? I had to ask Janie to help me narrow down the choices. I know, I forgot about Tolkien and the guy that wrote the Hobbit books. Janie wanted me to add the guy that started the X-men comics too, but I thought that was a little too cliche for you." She smiled.
Long had discovered something unusual about the equipment as he worked out. It wasn't really meant for normal people, and he had to lower the machines to their lower settings. when he was ready to crash, Trevor nodded, "I'm going to head down to the rec room and shoot some pool. I'll try not to wake you when I come in." (note: Trevor and Long would be sharing one of the bedroom pairings)
As Siobhan headed towards the water, she was fortunate to have the beach to herself. and luckily, there were no boats spying on them this time with toy helicopters.
Kristian kissed the nape of Sierra's neck," Si, you are asking the wrong guy. I was less help than you after I got turned around helping Trevor and ended up walking out to the police. I think the only way this works is if we all do our little parts." He smiled," Avi said you kicked Klaxon's butt really well though."
Ryne looked up as he forced his suitcase shut to see Deci and smiled, " Hey kiddo, welcome back. Saw the error of your ways or just came back to see the big lug off?" It was clear by his expression Ryne already knew the truth even as he asked. " don't know what happened out there, but are you going to be okay, Deci?"
Ashley leaned her elbows on the cage, letting her arms hang out. She looked beat. " I hate this, Isamu. I'm a threat to everyone when the moon is full." she snickered," And my mom always warned going through my period would be hell. This beats that." She looked Is in the eyes, I'm glad everything worked out so well for you. Did Beth tell you that Janie talked Dmitri into going to get Alice and Jason when they get in, and then convinced Ryne to hold off leaving until she got to say goodbye to Alice?" She rubbed her stomach and snarled. " Stupid bugs, always make me extra hungry. Can you get away upstairs long enough to come down and have something to eat with me? I.. I'll try really hard to keep things in check. you can even seal the door if you want so I don't do anything stupid." she smiled again, trying to lighten the situation. " even if I could really use a shower about now."

Isamu reaches out and takes Ashley's hands. He leans down and kisses the back of each of her hands. "That sounds like a very good idea. I first have to review the witness statements and perhaps speak with December to see what it she wants to do now. Will an hour from now be ok?"
"I will be glad when Alice returns I can at last turn the bridal...I mean the rope...I mean the reigns to her. American phrases," he says as he shakes his head in derission of himself and American slang at the same time. "Perhaps now we can take a rest. Handling this group is stressful."

It was clear by his expression Ryne already knew the truth even as he asked. " don't know what happened out there, but are you going to be okay, Deci?" Deci first goes into an almost rage as at first it was suggested that her ways are in error but also realizes he does not know the situation. And his facial expressions did confirm it. But then when he gets to the part that is a little more personal, she finally gives into the emotions she has been working so hard to hold back. At this time she breaks down and starts to cry. "It was absolutely horrible, and I don't know." With or without invitation she sits down. |
