*stops her panic response, and then moves to stand in the doorway. ' ... no one died? ... then why did i sense someone just .. stop being? ... oh dear '
*she looks everyone over carefully, trying to sense WHO stopped being there. then the intense look stops at William. ' .. how come you stopped being there, well here .. uhh .. how come i can't sense you anymore?'

William gets up and brushes himself off. "I'm fine Sierra. We didn't have the time or resources to test it, Alice. Which meant we needed a volunteer. Without Tyler here, I didn't want to risk anyone else." William flexes his hand expecting flames to rise, and furrows his brow when they don't. "It was either you or me, Alice. And I won't ask you to do something I'm not willing to do myself."
Handing the paperbag back to Kerry, he says, "I want as many gas deployment grenades of this you can make. Mix it with an neutral agent, if you can, to spread it out. Avery, help him out. But be careful, I don't know how long it cancels our powers."

Alice looks surprised when Will tells the others that the drug has negated his powers. She can't help but stare at the bag that contained the drug as it was passed to Kerry. 'That can cancel out powers? I wonder how it works and if something could be made that gets rid of powers for good.' Alice wonders what it would be like to no longer have powers, to really be normal like she had always thought she was. Pushing those thoughts to the back of her mind, she smiles gently at Sierra "Well, I guess that explains why you can't sense William right now, if he doesn't have any powers right now."

' .... oh ... alright. sorry .. won't panic again then .. ' *her panic while vanishing, takes the hint and leaves. telling Kristien what happened on the stairs and concludes with a simple ' .. i think i'll just go stare out the window. i need to figure out what i'm doing and why. i feel .. well, i feel like a toddler now compared to everyone else .. '
*she moves ahead of Avi and Kerry, just to get out of their way and steps inside her door and without thinking .. pulls the zipper down the arm to just get rid of some of the skin chunks that crinkle against her skin, and then sighs as it drifts towards the floor. the new skin glistens with health and seems ultra healthy now

Kristian followed Sierra down, but didn't interrupt . He smirked and pointed at the bag, " You got yourself some Cure, mon? Din't know that stuff was on the street yet." When Sierra retreated, he was torn between staying to explain and follow her. He called after her. " I'll be up in a few minutes."
Jason merely sat in the doorway, shaking his head. " And I'm the one everyone accuses of taking stupid chances." He said as he turned and rolled back outside."
Kerry took the bag and nodded. He then looked at Avi and the pair of the headed off.

Inside, Tyler was struggling to help Ashley. Her face was ashen and she was motionless as Ty tried to stop the bleeding. " Go call Will. I need help if I'm gonna save her. Troll nearly disemboweled her." His voice was panicked as he placed his hands on either side of the wound and he seemed to slip into a trance as he used his healing powers.
Outside, he could hear Troll hammering at the wall of stone.

"Will he know where we are? Who's help do you need," Isamu asks as he runs and grabs the phone in a bit of panic.
Picking up the phone he dials the number for the beach house, and as soon as someone picks up he yells into the ear piece, "ASHLEY'S BEEN HURT VERY BADLY, WE NEED HELP NOW!"

*since its safe to do now, she eases out of hte clothing now, and then changes back into the jumpsuit she was wearing from before. 'now i think i understand what a prisoner feels like. this thing is really not user friendly'
*then she gathers her clothes and on the balcony, she picks up the remaining 4 pictures in the album. 'i got you in my heart at least. i can't forget you there' she then dumps the skin bits and the charred remains of whats left into the trashcan. she then sits on the bed and stares out the window, her knees drawn up to the chin,
'i survived the fire .. i'll survive this. but i really wished i knew what to expect. ... ' *her long pause simply states that she's thinking things through now, and will most likely, remain lost a while longer. she hasn't found her niche here yet, but maybe it wont be as long in coming as her recovery from the 'incident' was.

Hearing the phone ring, Alice picks it up and listens to Isamu yelling about needing help. "I'll get Avi and Will go come over right away," she assures him. Turning back to the others, she runs to find Avi, "Tyler needs your help right away! Ashley has been seriously injured!" She then returns to where the others are and informs Will of what is going on with Ashley.

"Thank you Alice. Please hurry," Isamu says rapidly, and hangs up. Heading back into the room he says, "Tyler is there anything I can do to help? Help is on the way."

Tyler didn't answer. He was too deeply entranced with his healing talents trying to work. Outside, Isamu could hear Troll hammering on his makeshift prison.

Within moments, Avi stepped into the common room, carrying his holsters. " Ready. Will you sure you should go with that drug in your system?"
" I'm a paramedic. I could help." Kristian stepped in, glancing upstairs guiltily after just telling Sierra he was on his way, but that gave him an idea. " And Si could be too if she copied us."
A light tap came at Sierra's door. " Hey, watchcha doing? I could smell smoke from down the hall."

Isamu sees that Tyler is doing his best. He also hears Troll banging on the wall he brought up. He steps to a window to check that the walls are still holding up. Part of him wants to go finish this, another part remembers that he vowed to himself and his sensei never to kill if it could be avoided. He restrains himself from going out to Troll, and reserves himself to watch over Tyler and Ashley with continual peaks outside towards Trolls prison.

*responds instinctively with a 'its open. sorry to have bothered you. i was getting rid of some things i didn't need anymore' *then looks over the shoulder to the door briefly and then goes back to looking outside. then more to herself as she lowers the feet to the floor* 'just removing the past to protect them. bye mom. dad, i'm sorry'
* her mind is busy thinking about the various body shapes of the others as she opens it and looks at who was talking to her.
