DD nods says, "Tabby.. I mean Ghostsabre was here. It was a while ago, but I think they used this to move her. Maybe we can use it to find her. Aside from going straight at him, is there any other way to get to Arcade?"

He then adds, "maybe there is a recall button or something that will recall the last route this took."

Cap nods at his old partner's suggestion. "It's worth a try."

Pulling herself out of the hull and onto inner deck, Kitty tosses DD a salute before peering around curiously for a moment. "Pretty quiet in here.. musty too. It might be remote-controlled." the young woman comments as she makes her way over to the console. "A nyone see an instruction manual anywhere?"

Captain America surveys the area, looking for any signs of cameras or Arcade's traps. "I'm surprised. From what I've read, Arcade's usually one to put on a show and let us know exactly what he's up to."

"I'm sure he won't disappoint." Scarlet Witch replied with a bit of a grin as she boarded the vehicle.

Spitfire looked to Daredevil," Tabby? we have pet names for our teammates now? Hornhead, if I didn't know better, I'd say you are sweet on this Ghostsabre."

Black Knight boarded the machine and looked at the console. " Only one button here, so I'm guessing a programmed route. You realize of course if we take this thing, Arcade has us trapped?"

The giant skulls bouncing slowed to a stop just as Songbird shouted," Aura, quit playing around, we're leaving."

"All right I am coming. Not sure what that was and why it was there but it singed me a bit which kinda sucked." She babbles aloud as she jumps into the air and heads towards Songbird.

Captain America joins the others. "We need to move quickly. Maybe we'll have the advantage of surprise. Don't count on it though."

[Dome]

DD shakes his head, "does any of that matter? There are people being held captive and this thing can get us to them and the guy behind it." He pulls out on of his billy clubs and slams it down on the control button, "time to see what this does," he says as the club depresses the button on the control surface.

In thought, 'all these Avengers seem to want to do is reason out every situation. I only joined up to spend more time with Tabby, and since then all I have done is let her get captured and let these Avengers talk their way through everything. Its time to find Arcade and bring him some justice.'

The determination etches itself on DD's face although his mask covers so much of it. He clenches his jaw as he waits to see the effects pushing that button have brought.

Kitty glances to Daredevil as he whaps the button, her of face mirroring some of his determination. Expecting some sort of jolting movement, the young woman grabs onto something solid, and prepares for the journey, and whatever lay at the end of it..

The door closed as Daredevil hammered the button, just as the team had boarded the machine. There was little light and no forward viewport, another indication that the tank sub was preprogrammed to it's route. The ride was smooth if humid and musty, and the only indication that they had gone underwater was when everyone's ears popped at nearly the same time from the pressure, which was a bit painful for those with acute hearing.

Twenty minutes later, everyones ears popped again, much harder this time ( super hearing pc's disoriented for one turn, --20% on skill rolls), and the machine stopped. There was no warning as the rear hatch opened and bright artificial light began to flood into the cargo hatch.

Outside the machine, there was a grumbling," About time this darned thing got here. I thought those robots were programed to keep on sched...," a large grey skinned figure figure with pointed teeth and a fin jutting from his back stepped around the corner, only to drop the crate he was carrying and scatter steel bearings everywheres as he turned to run, " CRAP! Sound the alarm, we've got trouble!"


[OOC: Spiderman, X-23 and Wolverine are assumed to still be with the group, but haven't heard from any of them for some time now]

While travelling down Aura does use some of her power if she can manage to light the way but otherwise enjoys the trip down despite the fact the ears pop and all that nice stuff.

Just in case as she is not the leader she waits for the others to react to see if this is a badguy or whatnot.

Logan blinks a few times at the bright light, more bothered by his ears popping than the light or grey skinned opposition.

Captain America immediately recognizes the finned man and charges at him with a shield bash.

as Cap rushes into combat x23 quickly fallows suit. with cap hitting high she attacks low clawing the back of the villains leg
