Alice nods as she squeezes Jason's hand gently "I will. But let yourself heal first, ok?" Letting go of Jason's hand, she smiles "I'll be back shortly." On her way, she stops and buys herself a ham sandwich, which she eats on her way to find the others. She notices Trevor giving her a dirty look, but she ignores it as she asks "What's going on? Is Tyler going to be ok?" Glancing over at Will and Mac, she asks "What are they talking about?"

Dimitri shrugged at Alice. " not sure, but I'm sure they're scheming their next plan to try to take down Wraith. We haven't heard anything about Tyler yet."
Janie cut in. " How's Jason?" she asked with a concerned tone
Behind her, Trevor brushed past, speaking softly. " We need to talk." As he walked away, Janie asked," What did you do to tick him off?"
Ashley nodded, and kissed Isamu lightly on the cheek. " I knew you were gonna say that." She stepped back, grinning impishly, " You know, we've got the room all to ourselves. We could , um, you know..." She fluttered her eyebrows as she took his hands in hers.

Alice smiles weakly at Janey "He's going to be ok, provided he lets himself heal and doesn't do anything rash." Glancing at Trevor, Alice shakes her head "I'll tell you later, ok?" Following Trevor, she stands behind him and says quietly "You were hurt. I didn't want you to be hurt more. I wasn't going to stand by and do nothing and let Alexi kill Jason."

Alice tries to explain, "I thought you were going to try to stop me. That's why I did what I did." Alice glares at Trevor as she continues, her voice raising as she gets angry, "And what in the bloody hell is that supposed to mean 'to hell with everyone else'? Alexi specifically came here to kill Jason, so it makes sense that I'd be worried about him, don't you think?"

That big ox could have turned the whole hospital into rubble and killed alot of people if your stunt had pushed him the wrong way." Trevor sniped back. " and from what I overheard, it was one of MacColter's people that actually stopped Alexi just before he slapped you senseless. If you had let me help, maybe you wouldn't have needed outside help. If there's one thing I've learned from Tyler, it's that you always turn to family for help first."

Ashley's shoulders drooped a bit at Isamu's response, but before she could reply, the door opened and an orderly came in. " I think you folks have the wrong room." He said, leading an elderly couple in behind him. " Sorry." Ashley replied, and hauled Isamu out behind her, sputtering under her breath a bit. Finally, she glanced sidelong at him, " You know, sometimes that innocent routine of yours makes you come acrossed as dense as the rock you turn into. Not that I don't mind, I like a challenge."

Alice's anger seems to drain out of her and her shoulders sag. "You're right." she says in a voice so quiet Trevor has to strain to hear her. "I wasn't thinking about anything except that I had to keep him from hurting Jason. I didn't mean to make you think you were useless, I'm sorry." A tiny smirk appears "Jason was mad at me too, in case you were wondering." Alice sighs and shrugs, "I guess I still kind of feel like an outsider, since I've only known you guys for a few days." Alice shakes her head "Anyway, I'm sorry."

Mac shrugged. " I'll look into it, but I can only think of two intangibles right off hand, and niether Wraith or Fade are asian. I am interested in viewing this disc though, if only to try to put some of this into perspective. I'll make some inquiries, but I've been ordered to pick up shop and move my operation to Atlanta to deal with a situation there. That's why I'm asking you to work with me again. If I had to pick someone to run things here in Miami," he shrugged with a smirk," you're the best candidate in town. I'll give you what support I can, and you can move your operation into the building we were set up in, at least until you have things situated. It's better secured than your current residence. "
MacColter grinned as he leaned back. " Who would have ever thought that you and I would be sitting down like this after the last time we worked together you said never again as you held Tyler from tearing me apart. You must realise after these years that the poor intel was not my fault. If I had known, I never would have assigned the operation.
" I bet he was pissed when you told him." Trevor anger faded a bit. " And no wonder. He's afraid of that ogre, so the thought of the woman he's in love with going toe to toe with him probably nearly gave Jas a coronary." His anger vented, Trev's tone returned to his normal octave." Just try to remember we have to work together. and how can you be an outsider from a bunch of outcasts that came together. Thats what Ty always called us, an outcast society. Anyways, you just fit in with us."
" Nevermind," Ashley replied in a dejected tone, " let's go find out." They returned to where Jane and Dimitri were seated. Dimitri grinned." So, did she drag you into a broom closent to have her way with you?" It earned him a swat from Jane and a scowl from Ashley.
