He goes into a freefall to match the speed of the falling cop and throws (Strike: [dice=20+12]) a line of web at its feet and then holds on tight to the other end as he throws (Strike: [dice=20+12]) another line to a close building, swings to it and sticks to the side of the building, holding the cop on the end of the line and preventing it from falling to its doom.

Spiderman quickly realized two things about the police officer as he save him from crashing to the street. One, despite being average size, he was heavy though no match for spidey strength. The second was he was determined not to be held as he began freeing himself by pulling webbing apart easily. " You are interfering with the capture of a fugitive." The cop said as he looked at Spidey, and an energy blast shot from his eyes [dice=20+4]

DD could hear the drone of the Sentinels jets not far away, but he could also hear a new sound, one he recognized. The Avenger's quinjet was closer to them than the Sentinel.

As the Quinjet began to lift away again, Wolvie X-23 and Tally, they drew a few looks from curious bystanders. Then came a familiar voice" Secondary target identified." just as energy blasts streaked from overhead at Logan [dice=20+4]. It sounded like another Sentinel, but looked like a mechanic despite the jet thrusters in his feet.

Vision tries to keep up with Cap. He has no experience in riding a motorcycle, but he is confident that his android nature (better perception, faster reflexes) will serve him in this matter.

Spider-Man falls toward the ground again, being close enough to not worry about the height and moves out of the way of the blasts (Auto-Dodge: [dice=20+16]). "You are going down for impersonating an NYPD officer. Not that they like me or anything, but it gives me a reason to kick your butt."
Once he's down at ground level, Spider-Man leaps at the cop and kicks him in the head with his left foot (Strike: [dice=20+10]. Tally not sure what the thing is speaking about decides to try and see if she can do a bit of an experiment. She dives directly at the head of the thing coming at her while energizing her fists with the copied energy.
Strike - [dice=20+7] - nat 20, that was unexpected
Damage - [dice=4+5][dice=6][dice=6][dice=6]+whatever you think for speed divebomb (I am using 80mph, if I am wrong please correct [16]) = 40 X 2 = 80

"So what can you tell me about all this? We'd..er...I'd like to know more about the process. Don't want to end up mixing myself with a fly or anything." Flash responds, looking over computer layouts and picking up data pads, more so out of absent mindedness then actual interest.
