DD struck both his opponents while they were focused on Spiderman's overhead web attck that netted three of the agents in one pass. The others, including the injured, turned their attention and were bringing weapons to bear. Three fired on Spidey with their smg's , while the other two fired on DD [dice=20][dice=20]
The remaining were attempting to do something to the tanker.

Thor held aloft Mjolnir and a bolt of lightning struck down to the soaked Hydra agents. The blast incapacitated nearly half. "Wise thinking, my friend. Now let us deal with their friends!" Thor bellowed as he let his hammer lead his charge into the fray.
Songbird took flight and shouted to Aura," Come on rookie, we can't let the boys have all the fun."

DD attempts to dodge out of the way of the gun fire with a leap and roll. Unfortunately he is too slow to dodge the first gunman, and takes the bullet mid leap which knocks him off balance as he tries to transition into his roll, which is further complicated by the gunfire from the second gunman. Landing him wounded and sprawled out on his back.

Vision takes a running leap to build inertia, then he reduces his density to float in the direction to which he ran, using a Phase Attack on as many Hydra agents as he can reach.

As Flash lurks and listens hearing Lady Mandarins voice brings a smile to his face. When he then hears the voice of Captain America he quickly stands up in anticipation of a fight, and so as not to lose track of Mandarin.

"You!" Viper hissed as her bull whip unfurled in her hand at Cap's appearance. " Mandarin, I warned you being this blatant would draw too much attention!"
"Silence!" Lady Mandarin ordered regally as her violet eyes narrowed while she looked at Cap, and she reminded him of a younger Psylocke " One old man will not prevent me from exiting." In her hand suddenly appeared a blade of pure energy. " You are long dead where I come from, Crusader. Leave, or face the same fate on this one."
Venom could hear the exchange, but neither woman had noticed him.

DD felt the pain eminating from his arm as his arm was hit [dice=6][dice=6][dice=6], but it luckily spun him out of the way of the second shots. ""Hang on, horn head!" He could hear Spidey shout, followed by a series of web blasts. His teammate was suddenly at his side. " how bad is it?"

Vision managed to strike six of the Hydra agents in his first attempt, their attention drawn by the pain caused. Several tried to attack him with little luck.

"Now, why don't you tell me and Cap about this plan you have brewing with Sinister? What's this about power dampening gasses?"

DD drips his bad arm with his good. Shrugging, "I'll live. Did you stop them from whatever they were doing," he asks looking towards the truck, more concerned on what they were doing than his own well being.

Venom's webbing snagged Lady M as Viper backflipped out of the way. Mandarin laughed as she sliced the webbing with ease. " You are the best they could send after me? A invalid with a pest problem ? Pathetic."
