Songbird was the first to answer Cap's call," Kind of busy here. Tabitha and I have one sentinel engaged..." there was a muffled burst of profanity before her call ended.
As Spidey pursued, the flying police officer was descending towards where he saw songbird and Ghostsabre in a fight, and the cop unleashed an energy blast that hit Songbird from behind.
As aura's blast ricocheted away harmlessly, Wolvie's ride dropped even quicker asa they saw other ahead. It was clear what the robot was trying to do as it lowered it's head and aimed for Tabitha from behind, it's arms outspread.
As Sinister slipped away, he chortled," We'll meet again, Avengers."
"Why do they always say that?" Hawkeye groaned, rubbing his throat tenderly. " Any ideas on the black Spidey?"
Venom could see the arrow explod in a mess of goo before he was out of range. His Spider sense began to tingle slightly, giving another warning.
thanks to updrafts amongst the buildings and a slight breeze, Vision was able to easily close on the black spiderman.

As he approached the stranger, Vison observed. Clearly male, the stranger's moves reminded him both of Spider-Man and the villainous Venom. However, Vision knew that Spider-Man was otherwise engaged, and Venom was far bulkier than this one.
A new metahuman? Friend or foe? Probably not a Sentinel, as one of those would most likely have impersonated a fellow known superhero.
"Halt!" he called out. "Stand and identify yourself."
Simultaneously, Vision increased his density enough to quickly and steadily divebomb upon the stranger, in order to take him out quickly in case he should prove hostile.

Flash swings himself towards a wall and sticks to the side as Vision closes in.
"Listen, Vision, I'm after Lady Madarin. Going to go drop in, say hello, and then wrap a nice bow on her head for the cops. As far as I can tell I've done nothing wrong, so you can help or you can phase yourself out of the way. Take it or leave it, I don't have time for you."
With that Flash shoots another web line out, "What's it gunna be?"

Vision hovers in front of the black-clad stranger. There is something about him that he does not like, but the stranger has a point: he has done nothing wrong. Yet. That would merit giving him the benefit of the doubt. Also ...
"Lady Mandarin? Interesting. She has also caught the attention of the Avengers. If you know more about her, then I imagine Captain America will want to talk with you. Will you come along willingly?"

Flash shakes his head and sighs, "We can't run the clock out on this one. I'll tell you whatever you want, after, we stop whatever she's got planning. The Avengers can follow if they like, but I'm leaving now."
With that Flash leaps off and starts on his way to the sports arena.
