(OOC - @ss  Don't make me laugh this early as my inlaws made me sick as heck and my throat hurts way too much.) Deci looks at Trent, her first hopes of what to do dashing away of a simple plan, and that is when she realizes she has to come up with something more planful. Giving a glance to her parents and knowing they are good together, peeks one more time in on her grandmother before approaching them and actually even though she knows how rude it is, but interrupts them. "I am sorry to say, but I do have some business to attend to," She gives a hidden signal to indicate Trent, "And it will be involving what happened at the house." She debates about asking her father for some police officers that he trusts but knows better. "So I will be off but I have my Iphone with me!" With that she waits for any comments or questions from her mom and dad. |

Siobhan takes in the interplay between the three, and smiles a little. It's not turning out as bad as she feared it might be... perhaps relying on her past experiences too much. A little shiver as she absently rubs her no-longer-sore arm, then looks up to Sierra suddenly. "Where exactly are we going?"

"The daily paper offices." Avi said " Another of our team is there and ran into some trouble. tom needed some backup, so that's us. Si, it handles well, I'm just not sure about this altitude part. I can drive, but not much for flying. I'm sure we'll all get practice time behind the wheel of these things, but you can drive.., err fly back if you want."
Kristian continued his playful banter," Maybe I should walk home." He laughed.

Deci's parents stop their discussion. Mom spoke first," Be careful. someone will call if anything comes up." Dad was a little less agreeing, but then nodded.
Trent waited awkwardly.

"Whut would you hab me do?" angie asked," I don't hab the picdures they wand."
Beth pulled an SD card from her purse," No, but I think I do. Not the only copies, but they don't need to know that. Tell whoever it came out of my camera." She suggested.

With that Deci turns and leads Trent out of the hospital actually heading towards the roof or first outside access point available (EX Balcony or the likes) instead of the front door so that way if anyone is waiting for her at the front door she can avoid it. Once outside is when she speaks to Trent again. "Trent...I am first wanting to keep you and your mother safe. Do you know where she is at this time, or for that matter if she is alone?"

Angie hesitated, then nodded," U'll do whad uh can to helb you if you can proteb me from the goon squad."

Trent hesitated, the nodded, " Yeah, mom will be at the old school they shut down. It's where all the junkies go." He said sadly. " I can show you where it is if you want."

"OK, let us go...we will just make one stop along the way." With that she prepares to launch herself in the air and once she determines that she is far enough she turns on the Bandadio and radios the base.
"December Winter to base. I am enroute from the hospital with a person in potential need of protective custody. But I will need someone to see if there is any federal investigation into drug activity in regards to the trailer park at (She gives the name and address, which she would remember but looking it up may take a fair while. If I do find it I will update.) and if there is I do have one person with inside info but has a person that is stuck on the inside. If there is no investigation then I have an idea on how to get us involved and may force the police if corrupt to our side." Leaving the bandadio on she continues to fly to the base.

*Sierra stiffens as she hears Deci's voice. she comments quietly to Sio 'if you watch the skies, you'll see another member of our group breaking laws and attracting tons more attention to our 'low profile' group. the city isn't thrilled to have any of us. good . . bad or otherwise.
*she looks at Avi's back of hte head and replies 'no thanks. i'll let others do the driving. that way no one can say it was my fault somehting broke. i'll just hope out and take a hit meant for someone else and brush it off . . . '
*she gets the bandio and responds to Tom 'k . . i'm listening. not driving. go ahead' *she will repeat the conversation for Sio to hear and be aware of what's happening. she mutters inside the car as she disactivates the voacl part of hte bandio,
'i wonder if it will do any good to . . . nah, maybe not. don't mind me, i guess i'm still in my bubble world of 'hey the world's a wonderful place and people are freindly and listen to their partner . . . '

Siobhan nods to Sierra at the explanation, then settles back for the remainder of the ride, making a point of being attentive whenever Si has further explanation. "So, when do I get a band-aid?" she asks at one point, head tilting questioningly.

*she peels hers off and KNOWS it was on. 'here. you can use mine. just listen and hear what's gonna happen. i'm sure that you'll find out that they are full of ideas'

Deci slows her flight in hopes of informing Trent of her plan. "I feel we should do something about the trailer park but know that your mom is in danger so long as she is with them. As such we are going to get her out hopefully before anyone else can do anything but that is going to take speed. Possibly more then I can muster, but I am hoping the team has something. I know there is another flier and not sure if he can fly faster then me." Deci explains part one of her plan before going to attempt to go forward with it.

*as they drive along, Sierra watches out the side window and sees life pass by silently. her range for picking up meta's doesn't seem to have grown, but at least she can hone in on the powers faster and the eyes will pick the body out faster.
*her hands are overly hat, so she removes the gloves and thinks she'll have to get cotton ones soon. or better yet, she'll buy the material and make them herself. she feels her pocket for a pad of paper and a pencil and doodles ideas of 'streamlines' and other easy symbols that could make up a jacket tailored to Sio's frame

As Avi pulls up in front of the newspaper's office, Sierra could sense Tom with another meta. Using Siobhan's band-adio, she was able to listen in on Tom's simple plan to plant a communicator on the other woman and use her to bait a trap.
Avi looked at Sierra," Lead the way, you can find him quicker than the rest of us."
Beth gave Angie the SD card. " Maybe we should let Avi heal her before she goes?" she suggested

Trent listens, but he is obviously terrified of being dropped. " D-d-d-do we have to go so fast?"
