DD from his perch still atop the robot sees what happens to Tabitha and cringes, he sends his hook line down towards her saying, "Tabby catch. Get him out of there so he can't control that thing anymore."

Tabitha saw the line, but with her grip barely holding on, she didn't dare take the chance of grabbing for it and falling. " I can't!" she shouted back at DD.

Daredevil, your line reaches her, but Tabitha seems unwilling to grab on.
Wolverine guts the now immobilized robot as Spider-man webs up the other arm, exhausting his web cartridges.
Maximus looks at Tally, then Tabitha. "What, did you want to be a princess too? I bet you do! You talk like a little girl who...oh." His eyes widen. "You're scared aren't you? And...is that shame? Regret? Oh my my my." He licks his lips, then turns to Tally. "You really have no idea how much you've given up? For what? Mental defectives!" He rubs his own hair. "I really need better shampoo. At any rate, I think it's time I upped the stakes." He pulls out a small switch. "There. In about...oh...15 minutes, the engines of Attlian will fail. I hope none of you had much invested in Manhattan Real estate." He shrugs and sits back in his chair.
Hawkeye sighs. "Someone punch him and bring him here. Please."

Tabitha's fears of falling were suddenly replaced with a flash of her temper. She made a grap for Daredevil's rescue line [dice=20+4] " Who are you calling name, nutjob?" She used the rope not to get to safety, but steady herself so she could pull herself up to face Maximus. "You know what, let me help you with your design," made a grab for Maximus to sling him over the side towards her teammates [dice=20+4]," you forgot the eject button!"[rand=3953867862677971636598128208068753074345442214277479314900973917981]

Tally realizes if what she heard correctly is true then the group could be in big trouble but not having any powers in a way that could help. Actually only having her light power copied she is not much use at all to the group.

Spider-Man leaps toward the robot and catches Maximus when he's tossed out. "One crazy robot guy coming right up!" He holds Maximus by his pants and brings him over to Hawkeye.

Tabitha scowled as Spiderman caught Maximus before he could hit the floor, but didn't say anything. Instead she moved closer to the edge and shouted down, " Cap! He's got a remote control that he sait is gonna make the engines quit on something so it crashes onto the city."

DD calls down to Tabitha, "are you ok Tabby?" If she says yes and if the line is slack he will know that she is no longer in fear of falling. He would then jump down to where she is at. "So will this robot shutdown with him out of it, or is there a button?"

" I'm fine." Tabitha replied, trying to calm herself. " I say forget shutting the robot down and we just smash it to pieces, preferably on top of our uninvited guests." she motioned to the Kree and Inhumans below. " Thanks for the help. It's not that I don't like heights, more like the sudden stop on the way down."

Cap grabs Maximus by the lapels. "You maniac! You'd threaten millions of lives for your ego?" Maximus snaps his fingers and smiles. "YES! That's the reaction I've been looking for! Thank you! Was that really so hard?" He looks about to the other Inhumans. "You see! That's what I want! Anger! Terror! My name spoken of as something impossible." He looks back at Captain America. "And the way you orate it! Can I get a recording of that later? It will so help me to get to sleep at nights." Songbird rolls her eyes. "Cap, I take it you have a plan?" "We need to get to the city." The Sentinel of Liberty looks to the Inhumans. Medusa nods. "A truce. For now." Karnak then speaks. "I should point out, that even with the Kree technology we will not be able to find Maximus Sabotage in time to -" Crystal smiles. "Don't worry, cousin. I've got that covered." There's a loud "POP" noise that fills the room.  Cap returns Crystal's smile. "Avengers, gather 'round. Our ride is here." "WOOOF!" |

Spider-Man gets close to the big dog and leans in toward Crystal. "Excuse me...but are you aware that your dog has a mustache?"

DD smiles at Tabitha, "just don't look down, I never do."
He then extends his hand to her and says, "Lets go, I'll get us down there." If she takes his hand he puts his arm around her and then uses the other hand to fire the hook line wrapping it around the robot, he then jumps off swinging down while cradling Tabitha along the way.

Tally looks and see Lockjaw and almost as if she knows who he is, even though she has never to her knowledge met him. She does give a big smile to the fact he is here.
