Balus immediately kicked in his training and headed towards the disturbance," Crystal, call the bridge and make sure they know there's a problem. I'm going to hhelp out," he shouted back to her, not adding on for her to catch up. He hooked what he thought was an uninjured crewman going the other way and dragged him with long enough to ask, " What happened?"

Krystals only response is "Um..." before Balus walks off. She stops and thinks about it for a second before realizing she was not sure he meant the bridge of the shuttle or the bridge of the main ship. Without thought she realizes that either bridge will probably be informed and floats above the heads of everyone to escape the shuttle as well but not before she raises her personal armour.
Once outside she scans the situation.

(Just to clarify the situation somewhat - Fegh is a different shuttle than Balus and Krystal and you are both on the landing strip planetside of the Spaceport; a sprawling network of runways and buildings, some of which are on fire).
The Captain looks to Fegh. "Serial suicide bombings 30 minutes ago according to reports. We need to go inside, rescue civilians, and route out any of the bastards still inside - make no mistake, this was just done to maximize the potential casualties - so it's a trap." He grabs a pistol. "Grab a side arm kid, we're going hunting."
The downed air control officer looks at Balus in a daze. "Don't...saw a flash...teleported out..." His eyes roll back.

(ooc- Balus would still check in with the Victory in a situation where crewman were in danger, or in this case, ask Crystal to.)
Balus handed the air controller off to another passerby and increased his pace towards the fires, using his size to his advantage when he had to get passed people with the occasional "Excuse me. Coming through"

Krystal also reacts and speeds up as she heads to the fires while staying in the air. She is not worried about any of the fire damage other then what it will do to her clothes. You know maybe I should try to come up with a means to make some clothes that would not just die in the fire Still her thought ending she races ahead to the fire to render aid where she can.

Balus and Krystal are now in the heart of the blaze, as smoke and heat hits them like a wave. They hear shouts and screams for help.

Fegh looks for a sidearm and once has one steps up beside the captain, "sir perhaps you should stay here and organize troops. I can lead a team into the area and locate survivors."

Krystal dives in looking for groups of people in which to aid. Relying on her forcefield to keep her clothes intact is when she comes up with an idea. She starts with yelling at Balus, "Bring everyone over to the bubble I am creating. It will keep them safe and allow us to maximize our saving of people." With that she creates a force field dome, one that she can move with her but still stands outside of it so she can put people in to keep them safe.

with a slight cough from the smoke, Balus nodded as he heard Krystal. "Okay. Did the Victory already know what was going on?" He asked as he headed deeper, looking for survivors.

"I don't know. I figured you wanted me to inform the shuttle, but seeing they can see what is going on firgured saving people was more important. I think though the shuttle would alert those above though as that would be standard procedure." She answers honestly thinking that is what he wanted.

The Captain nods. "Be careful Lieutenant." As he starts to organized the surprised people on the runway.
Inside, Krystal is gathering survivors amidst the blaze, as Balus lifts debris and gets them clear. There's another shout from the cargo loading area on the floor below you.
"ANOTHER BOMB!"

Krstal speaks to Balus without pausing for a beat. "OH CRAP! Balus I am rushing down to it! Perhaps I can wrap it in a forcefield and get it far enough away for everyone to be safe!" After stating without a second thought she flies off in the general direction to head off where the bomb could be.

Balus felt his stomach drop. " Krystal, No! IT's too [cough] dangerous!" He shouted as he followed her, trying to ignore the smoke. He looked at people as he passed them, and shouted as loud as he could, " EVERYONE! GET TO [cough] SAFETY, NOW!"

Fegh points to several of the soldiers around and tells them to come with him and then he turns and heads for area where the bombing occurred and where survivors may require attention.

Fegh leads a team of soldiers into the blaze - many of his team are superpowered or outright bio-freaks, with abilities to help protect them from the blaze.
Krystal finds the bomb, seeing it has less than a minute left on the timer. Balus, rushing through the panicking mob, sees Krystal's form floating past a sea of smoke and heat haze.
