Arc looked at Isamu," I know enough to hand him to you on a silver platter if you like. How about for starters there I tell you there is no special facility for metas he captures. Those that he catches, well, they don't burden the system for very long."


Mac came around the corner to Tom and stopped, folding his arm. " I'm not sure what your game is Tom. But I have too much on the go to let you get to me right now. Let's see what is so important."


Ryne looked at Robert. " No idea where she is. It's not your fault, there wasn't alot you could have done. She'll come back, and you can see her and talk soon ." He grinned. " After I have a talk with her myself."


"Deci, what are you doing?." Her grin began to fade to he more common scowl replaced it as she came closer." December, you know better than to bring ruffians like that into our home."

Trent began to back away, intimidated by Deci's grandmother.

"But Grandmother. This is Trent and is it not wrong to not help others that may need it." She pleads hoping the grandmother will realize it is just a young 'kid' who needs some help. "If I am wrong and offended then I am sorry and we will be leaving. I just wanted to help someone out!" She hopes she pulls this off especially considering how down on herself she is right now. She even realizes that her grandmother might notice that she was crying. Tom hands over the info. "Here you go. Figured you might appreciate taking the Capone route with Siang."

*looks at Arc, totally stunned. 'he's killing them? that's simply . . . no wonder people don't trust him. i suspect the gang will be next on his list. when he's finished with them.

'so . . who tells him which ones to kill? is there a specific list or just any stupid enough to get in his power by accident? and how the h-e-double hockey sticks, pardon my french, does he work with the cops? he's a wanted man?'

*she looks at Isamu now and wonders what his next action will be

Isamu sighs, "I was afraid of that. The problem is legally we cannot touch him without proof of that. Can you tell us what he does with those captured ones?"

Cringing as if he ate something distasteful he says, "I hate to put it into words, but we would need to know where the bodies are buried."

Robert looks at Ryne quizzically. "What is that even supposed to mean? How am I supposed to get the rest of my stuff if they're watching my damn place? At least I got the animals." Robert opens his hoodie to reveal the kitten he's had sitting on his shoulder the whole ride. "The rest are in the car."

MacColter began reading down over the printout. He looked up from the paper," And you think that this is a cover name for Ragnarok? Without more evidence, this is pretty thin. It is a good place to start however. Have Beth keep looking, but I think you may have to accompany the others. It sounds like they have Wraith's goon squad located and will need your metallic form to confront them."


Arc nodded," You're on the list all right, along with another group that is a pain in the Brethren's operations. I never saw the connection with those gang bangers, but Wraith uses them from time to time." He looked at Isamu," He uses two other former agents to do his dirty work, called Taipan and Typhoon. They were supposedly the delivery team for any captured metas, but I know they went once they had the captured meta."


Deci's grandmother gave her a hard stare before replying," fine do what you want, December." She scoffed, " Sound too much like your blasted father. " She turned and stormed back into the house.

Trent looked at Deci," Wow, you told her."



Ryne watched the four assassins being brought and loaded in the vehicle, before looking at Robert and his kitten," We'll get your stuff out. We'll just need to be a little less direct how we get in."

Deci shivers for a second having just stood up to her Grandmother and survived the experience. "Yes I did, and I have a feeling I will regret it later. We should probably depart from here." She says to Trent before handing him the money to help him along. "You know if you wanted too I could give you a lift home or something. I mean I do not have a vehicle but if you really wanted I could fly you there. It might be fun and different." Her mood slightly improved since standing up to the Matron of the house. "If you do not want a lift that is cool too and I would understand."

Isamu looks at Arc, "we will need that location." He then looks at Ashley and then Sierra, "if we can find evidence there, then I believe we will have enough justification to open an investigation. A federal one, that will put media scrutiny on Wraith's team. From there we may be able to gain information on his mayoral connection."

He pauses and looks at them, "anyone else have any other ideas what we can do?"

"OK. Care to give me any more details? LIke where, how many, and what kind of powers we'll be up against?" Tom asks.

"You can fly?" Trent looked at December in wonder," That would be so cool. But," he hesitated," you aren't gonna try to turn me into a popsicle again, are you?"


"We don't know those yet." MacColter replied," But we do know there are two people that have spent time on the FBI's most wanted list involved. You more than proved you are capable when push comes to shove against Ragnarok, and likely those two will have some muscle to back them up. And if you want a personal link, both of them are currently part of Wraith metacontrol division, the same one you just found the link what certainly looks like hiring Rags to go after Beth."


"Evidence?" Arc raised a brow," I just told you that two wanted supercriminals are involved and you want more proof?"

"Easy." Ashley interjected. " We can't go off half cocked like a bunch of vigilantes. Everything has to be done properly."

Arc groaned, but said nothing more.

"Yes I can fly, and no I will not be turning you into a popsicle again. I am in full control of my emotions again and we will be fine. With that she hovers into the air and offers an arm out so the kid can get a ride home. "Which way do we go?"

If the child jumps on she will fly him whichever direction he indicates to go.

*she rests her head in her hand as Isamu starts asking the same thing in a different manner. then gets an idea 'this other group Arc, can you tell me about them? i'm thinking that perhaps i'll go talk to them and see if i can't get us some assistence for some covert operation stuff

Isamu sighs, "I wish we could just launch an offensive, but unfortunately we cannot. We need to have the backing of the government especially since Wraith is associated with local law enforcement. If we cannot capture him in a strike, we need to know that he is wanted, and cannot go back to hiding behind this counterfeit agency he and the mayor setup."

Isamu reaches up and rubs his forehead. He can feel a rare headache coming on. Between the situation with Deci and trying to figure out a way to bring down Wraith and the mayor, he is already feeling the stress of leadership.
