"Get Ms. Potts out of there safely by phasing through, then we'll see about having Col. Rhodes or the Bomb squad diffuse the device safely." He hands his shield to Rhodes. "I know it's not your usual method of protection, but in case you need something."

Tally once there makes sure the two are definitely out of site and out of mind and no way the new helicopters could get at them. She decides herself to stay up there to keep the stone statues safe and not sure what the team would want her to do otherwise.

Tabitha nodded and passed through the wall and moved to safety behind Ms. Potts. " It's okay Ma'am, I'll get you out of... Captain, new problem. There's a scale like thing under the back legs of the chair. I'm guessing some sort of pressure failsafe. I can get her out, but not without causing this thing to go off. If I grab her and we phase out through the back wall, we'll get clear of the blast, but we'll need Aura and..," she swallowed as if it was hard to say," Spiderman there to catch us before we fall and get covered in debris. I guess the rest of you will have to get everyone else out of the building, just in case." She sounded less than sure.
Rhodey nodded, " I'll sound the evacuation alarm, just in case. Tony did build this place so it should okay, but lets play it safe."

Cap nods. "Alright, good plan. Daredevil, help me do a final sweep of the building. Let's find everyone and get this done. Colonel, I'll leave the rest in your hands."

Spider-Man walks up to Tabitha, pats her on the back and says "See? We're gonna be the best of friends, after all." He exits the building, climbs the wall to the roof and pulls out his communicard. "Aura, looks like we're on catcher duty. Ghostsabre and the lovely Ms. Potts are gonna come blasting out of this wall. We need to catch them before they fall. Got it?"

Spiderman could feel Tabitha's cringe at his touch, but there was no sign she going to do anything about it. as he released his touch, she looked at DD," Thanks for the offer, but Cap will need tour help inside."
She looked back at Ms. Potts, then passed through the wall and behind Potts to begin studying the explosives. " Let me know when we're set."

As the team scattered to prepare for Tabitha's rescue plan, Captain America and Daredevil found that people had indeed followed protocols when the evacuation alarms had begun to sound. That was until they both heard the distinctive ding of an elevator from the next bank. One of the cars was moving, which meant someone was in it.
Then a nervous call came over everyone's communicard," I got a problem here. I missed a tripwire while I was trying to figure how to get Ms. Potts free. we've got let than two minutes before this thing shreds the pair of us. Tell me you are all ready to pull this off?"

DD looks at Captain America and then towards the elevator. "Well lets go see who's still in the building."
DD then begins to move towards the elevator where they heard the noise.

Captain America follows the man without fear. "Copy that GhostSabre- get clear and stay safe. We'll get out as many as we can."

Tally in position is ready to catch as spiderman had indicated. Her head mostly cleared of the pooisons that were within and hoping to make up for her earlier mistakes.

The others could hear Tabitha was using an old trick as she prepared thier escap, leaving her communicard keyed open. " Okay Ms. Potts, I'm going to wrap my arms around your waist below the explosives. Just relax, this isn't my first rescue mission. On the count of three, I'm going to pull you backwards and use my powers to jump out through the wall where other team members are going to catch us. I'm going to throw you away from the building and Aura will catch you. Okay... ready?
One.
Two."

Outside the building, Tally and Spiderman could see the two pass through the wall while spinning, Ghostsabre throwing the screaming Potts high and away from the building just before the wall blew out in a concentrated blast, catching Tabitha in the debris blast and sending her plummeting towards the courtyard several stories below. Over static came a muttered comment, "All right hero, lets see if your web is as fast as your mouth."

Just as the communcard reached two, the building shuddered, the lights flickered and the blast of the explosion echoed through the corridor . As Cap and DD approached, the elevator acted strangely. It dropped from the 9th floor in a blink to indicating it was on both the 6th and 5th floors. Fire alarms were ringing throughout the building and the sprinkler system also activated on the floor, immediately soaking the two heroes.
