DD says, "Logan, have a seat. What can I do for you? Need a lawyer?"

Wolverine takes a seat, looks about the office. "I got a message from the past, and on a hunch, thought you might know a little more about it."

"No problem. Welcome to the team, we should see what trouble Hawkeye is stirring up." as she leads you out of the room.

(Blink, Gambit and Ghostsabre)

"Normally I'd take the time to answer that challenge." If Hawkeye was taken aback by Tabitha's knowledge of his real ID, she didn't let it show. "but today, Cap's left me in charge of the team, so how can Earth's Mightiest Heroes help you?" He grins.

(DD and Wolverine)

You both know the other has had dealings with the Hand in the past, beyond that, you don't know exactly how deep.

[Renekin Skywalker]

instead of taking Hawkeye's bait, Gambit quietly slips around a corner, still making his way for the hanger to borrow a jet.

Tally follows out of the room with a skip in her gait.

Tabitha saw Gambit go, and purposely raised her voice so he would hear her," The rest of the X'men are away and Gambit and I need to get to Japan. We were looking to borrow, or at least hitch a ride. Right Remy?"

smirking, she turned to Blink," don't worry, I tell Creed he's alot worse than cranky on a regular basis, remember?"

[Renekin Skywalker]

From around a corner, a fading voice answered, "Just lookin' for the butler's tea."

"Seems our mutual problem, The Hand, is causing trouble in Tokyo, and I've been asked to see about fixing it. Figured you'd want to help, given the trouble they've caused you." When he has a moment, he'll call Gambit and some other X-Men, inquiring if they want to help, to do it right for his former betrothed.

(Aura, Ghostsabre, Gambit, Blink)

Aura enters the hall with Songbird in tow. Songbird looks at the assembled group. "So...what's the situation, coach?"

Hawkeye grins. "Looks like there's going to be a situation in Japan we'll be investigating...if we can keep Gambit from making off with the good china"
Gambit is only about halfway down the hall when his cellphone rings, loudly.

[Dome]

Matt says, "you wouldn't by chance have been contacted by Shiro Yoshida would you?"

[Renekin Skywalker]

Gambit rolled his eyes, continuing on his way, but checking the number as he turned off the phone's volume.

He didn't see why everyone was making a fuss. It's not like he destroys eveything he touches. (Irony!) And he didn't want to get the others involved, in case it really was a personal matter. Couldn't have the whole of the Avengers chasing after someone who wants to break kneecaps for a bad debt.

Tally just smiles not having a care in the world. "Whatever is good for everyone!"

[dakota]

Tabitha nodded in agreement with Tally. " Hey Aura, yeah," she was a bit uncomfortable," I , uh, got a message from X. don't ask me how or why, but somehow she got a message to Creed apologizing for cutting out on you, but she had something she had to handle alone and thought you were left in good hands with us."

She quickly changed the subject as a thought occured to her, " Where's the Captain? Don't tell me he got smart and took Bugboy out behind the shed for the squashing he needs before I got back to watch?" There were no signs of her joking

After hearing that Tally gives an even bigger smile. "I guess this must be my lucky day. Or at least the best one I have had so far." As she runs up to Tabitha and gives her a hug next.

Hawkeye laughs at Tabitha's comment. "Ah, don't worry - I'm sure Cap and Spider-brains are just fine on some other business. Let's go get the quinjet prepped and we'll take care of whatever little problem is in Tokyo and be back in time for Letterman."

Songbird simply shakes her head in resignation. "I'm starting to get an old familiar feeling here..."

Gambit, the call is from Wolverine.
