6.3 Interplanetary space en route to Mars, Day 2

McKenna nodded," Of course." She smiled lightly. " Go on, you need it. He will be fine, I'll just be typing up some logs. I don't suppose anyone else came by?"

[Mierin]

Jessica nods and says "I'll talk to the Captain about doing that." Looking at the printouts, she adds "Can we see if someone was able to use our wireless system?"

[Dome]

"I hear ya. We'll be on Mars soon, and you will be back with your parents. You looking forward to being with them I bet," Flip says as he thinks for a moment where MJ might be.

[kurff]

"I can check the access logs of each wireless port. Will start with most commonly accessed port the intruder would have used. The ones in the common areas and then the more out of the way places passengers have access to." mengsk nodded.

"I'll check the ports the engineers who did the repairs as well. seems to me a good opportunity to plant a program or virus." He added.

Foreman remembers that MJ was off somewhere with Peter Parker. McKenna, though, being a medic, would have to check in with her patient eventually.

Mrs. Johnson shook her head. "Don't think so."

A few minutes after she stumbled out, McKenna could see the two Jolie kids poke their heads in, furtively waiting for acknowledgement.

Mensk and Jessica are about to do things to the computer. Sexy things? Maybe not, but we won't know until they're done.

[Dome]

Foreman says, "I'm gonna head to medical for a second then to the bridge. I'll see if I can get any information, and after my shift I'll come let you know what I find out."

He then puts on his flight suit again before heading to look for McKenna in medical. (who i could have sworn said to call her MJ, but I may be wrong)

McKenna ( who does goes by MJ, so she'll have to start calling Forema 'Tiger' ) looked up to see the children and beckoned them inside with a wave and a nod.

She smiled when she saw Foreman, then his uniform and a slight frown started to form," You're going on duty all ready?"

[Mierin]

Since Jessica is the ship's security, she figures that means she would have access to the logs to tell her if anyone had, infact, been tampering with the wireless. Finding a computer terminal, she tries to access it to see if she can discover this information.

(Gonna call Jessica Tiger too? or Tigeress?)

Flip smiles at seeing MJ. He was really starting to like her. Even when she frowns he smiles, "not just yet. I have some time before my shift, couldn't think of anyone better to spend it with than you. I was up earlier and came looking for you but you weren't around so went and did some running before trying to get some rest. I'll be glad when this run is over, its starting to feel like a marathon."

Noticing the kids he motions them too and says to MJ, "why don't you take care of them first."

McKenna nodded to Flip, then turned her attenion back to the kids," How can I help you guys?"

In the med-bay

The two Jolie children looked at Mr. Johnson. "Is he gonna be OK?" the girl asked. "Mom said he was badly hurt and he's not waking up. Is he really tired? Why won't he wake up? Have you tried an alarm clock?"

At the point, the Jolie boy holds one out. "You can borrow mine. It wakes me up all the time."

Jessica finds a list of accesses by each of the guests, judging by the registry. The Jolies seemed to be using the most streaming, but the sites look like games, moves, etc. There were some suspicious-looking sites (names Jessica may have heard of in the whispers of her black market contacts as secret government stuff) being accessed by the Jolies and Smith, but nothing seemed to be trying to get into the main system.

Likewise, access by the repair crews have showed nothing touching the drives housing the security feeds.

Mckenna couldn't help but grin as she bent down to crouch in front of the two kids. " No, I haven't tried an alram clock. Mr. Johnson is in a special kind of sleep because of the bump on his head, and I have to let him wake up on his own. I'm sure he would appreciate you two were worried about him."

[Mierin]

(OOC: Jess has a nickname already, thanks )

Jessica sighs and copies down the links to the suspicious looking sites with the intent of researching them on her computer in her room, in the hopes of discovering something useful. Jessica then checks the crew logins, wondering if it wasn't one of the guests, but rather one of the crew that could have tampered with the main system.

Flip knows that the kids are being sincere, he stifles a chuckle, but allows a smile to come to his lips. He watches McKenna with the kids and can't help but think about how good she is with them and that he thinks she would make a good mom.

He leans against the wall and just smiles and watches her and the kids, waiting to see their reaction to her words. If she looks at him, he gives her a wink and a smile.

Mengsk looked for a list of the passengers and what they had. I f there was hacker or spy they'd have certain kinds of gear or cover that would allow them to carry out such a mission.
