Tabitha looked at Blink," Let's hold off on that, unless we need them. No sense tipping our hat that we're here yet."
The machine made no attempts to cover it's return to the stronghold. As they neared, Creed stopped his lead. the robot buzzed through a doorway that was flanked by a pair of large boxy human shaped robots. " Trouble." Sabertooth snarled.
[ooc- the robots look similar to Gorm from the original " The Day the Earth Stood Still"]

Captain America inspects the situation closely. "We need a quick means of disabling the robots without raising alarm." He looks at Tabitha. "Shadowcat disrupts the electrical systems of whatever she phases through. Do you have the same capability?"

" I'll try the robots on the way out." Tabitha said, uncertain. " I'll be quick." She headed towards the stronghold wall unnoticed by the guards and passed through.
Sabertooth looked at Tally, " Not unless you've got a trick to fry those robots."

"I have one." Gambit says waving his fingers at Creed. "Or, at least one that would all the rest of you to get inside it. BUt, we'll see if this plan works first."

"Hmmm I have one idea.." Blink grinned, "Creed, Remember Me and shiro ported in to the mansion* and the ex-horsemen was sliced in half?" Blink still smelled the dead mutants blood whenever she thought about closing the portal on the fool, "I can open portal under their feet and let them fall through..."
(*Delgodo died in X-men Alpha when blink closed portal on him when he was half way through it.)

Tabitha was gone for a couple minutes. Creed spoke up," Here she comes."
tab had emerged into one of the robots and held there for a moment. It didn't seem to be bothered by here presence, but the other one was as it turned and fired on the intruder, blowing a hole in it's chest as Tab ducked back through the wall. " I don't think that was what we were going for. " Creed deadpanned.

"Alright." Gambit says. And, striding forward, he says, "Oh! Gorm! Gorm, it's so good to see you!" Reaches forward. "Oh, give us a hug." And, he charges the armour plating, or tries to, anyways (Strike: [dice=20]+7 = 17), on a timed charge, and runs like a scared kitten.
But, only for a small amount of damage ([dice=6]+[dice=6]=12 SDC). With the internal workings exposed, the others would make short work of it.
In order to dodge the rohbit's attacks:
Autododge: [dice=20]+7=14

" He's absolutely nuts." Sabertooth stood wide eyed, watching as Gambit's crazy plan worked. The armor plating blew off from the blast, exposing it's inner workings. It fired a pair of blasts at Gambit, missing him narrowly thanks to the cajun's agility.

The Super-Soldier races forward and then his powerful legs spring him forward with the grace and power of an Olympic track star. He somersaults in the air and lands before the robot, driving his shield into it's exposed inards with all his might.
