Blink and Cal both notice that nestled up in the mountains, a fortress of some sort had been building into the side of the mountain.
Gambit noticed it as well, but he was the only one that also noticed they were being watched by a small metal orb hovering in the bushes.

The orb detected it had been spotted, hovered from it's spot and took off towards the castle.
" Somebody blast it!" Creed said " It must only be a recorder or it wouldn't run."
(anyone attempting to hit it, post str and dmg rolls)

Gambit, agreeing on the notificatory nature of the orb, and figuring the user aleady knows, decides to help out America.
And he telekinetically charges his staff for double damage, and throws it at the orb.
Strike = [dice=20]+7=17

Gambit's staff missed the small device as Cap's shield caught it enough to knock the orb to the ground. Tabitha went to collect it, and returned to the others. she held it out, " not really anything fancy."
To those that had faced him before, it didn't look like something Apocalypse would build. More like Doom or Ultron sort of toy to those that would recognize it.
None of the others could hear it, but Daredevil's enhanced hearing was picking up ultrahigh frequucies coming from it. They were nearly painful and getting louder.
