Clarice looked at the Talus and thought a moment after gambit left. Fatale was right on one count they did need her alive. But that didn't mean Blink was with out options....

Zola turned, and had a genuinely suprised look on his face. " Oh.. umm... well, I thought I might ... leave." The doctor's hand came up with an exotic looking weapon. Lightning seem to leap from it as zola fired it at Cap. [dice=20]
Tabitha looked at Tally at the strange BZZZT! sound that came from the lab as they neared," We better hurry."
Fatale, for once, said nothing, instead struggling against DD' club's line.

Moving with the grace of an Olympic gymnast, the Living Legend of World War II executes a cartwheel to move out of the wayof the blast. The shield slides down to his hands and he lets the disc fly in a wide arc to cut across the weapon. Captain America's face is an impassive mask. If any emotion could be detected beneath his features, it would be one of mild dissappointment.

"OK let us get on the move then." Tally starts to pick up the pace and start running to see what is going on in the lab. If more speed is needed she will start to fly to the area instead.

Zola let out a yelp as the weapon dropped to the floor and he held his hand. Tabitha and Tally arrived in the doorway just as the scientist began to backpedal from Cap. " So this is the end of Dr. Zola, yes? Finally one too many transgression against you, Captain America?"
[Tally and Cap roll perc]
" How can you say stuff like that with a straight face?" Fatale asked, trying to sound defiant despite the at ease look on her face and giving no resistance.

Fatale glared at Gambit. " The last time I crossed paths with Alex Summers, he practically blew me up with those blasts of his." She flinched against DD," Hey, careful, I need those hands back."
Tabitha motioned for Tally to stop in the doorway to watch as Cap had Zola cornered." Look" she said. Off to the side (and out of Cap's view) were several items. A hover chair, some pieces of armor and several shield uniforms. " Odd stuff for a lab, aren't they?"
zola started to squirm. " I only did what they hired me for.If I had known you and your avengers were involved, I would have asked for more."
