Kendall is almost disappointed until he realizes she is trying to tease him. He decides not to let on, "oh. Well we can do something else then. That is a little surprising though. I would think a singer and dancer like you would be receptive to any type of music. You see thats why I said for you to pick. I don't want to pick something you don't like. We could go play pool. Or watch a movie. We could just spend the day together."

Kendall's face darkens noticeably when she mentions swimming. He looks at her, "I'm sorry hun. I...I uh don't do much out doors anymore," he says obviously fighting back anger mixed with sadness. He reaches across and grabs her glass of wine and swallows it. He says, "sorry. Um...bad memories, Its just the synthetic skin doesn't tan. I uh, I don't dance much either. My legs are not that coordinated. I'm sorry."
He pauses and looking down, then back up he says, "maybe you should call Daveris and spend the day with her."
