Erebus laughs uproariously. "Of course. In my time, I've found I have to do that quite often. The challenge will be worth it." Erebus says, a twinkle in his eye. "Especially if I can save those people." Erebus finishes. "How do we proceed from here?"

"Quiet!" Charger says. "Or people will notice."
Charger looked down at the mess, 10 stories down. "This is the closest point between the two buildings. I have to admit, it was easier when there weren't armed cops and fences and... is that a chip truck?"

Perception: [dice=20]
"Sorry, I didn't think people would hear me up here." Erebus looks down at the ground, looking for the chip truck. "Chip truck? Can that help?" Erebus also gauges the distance between the buildings. I wonder if I can make it...not like I'm going to die if I hit the ground.... he thinks calmly.[rand=151390610961243599939635535702110060655490960925824612075090408325]

"No. But it makes a body hungry." Charger said, straitening up. "Alright, the last time I did this, I might have flown through a window... Oh yeah... We go up, over, under, along, and through. That's where the window was." He looks over the edge. "Oh good, the GM made sure the hole is still there." He points to a billboard on the building, then a traffic sign, and then to the building. "Can you keep up?"

Erebus looks at the billboard, the traffic sign and then the building. "I can certainly try. The fall won't kill me. Are you going first in this instance, or am I?" Erebus asks nonchalantly.
If Charger goes first, Erebus will do his absolute best to follow him.
If Erebus goes first, he will nod his head and take a running leap towards the bilboard.

"I'll go first." Charger says. After a running leap, he jumps as high off the building as he can. Sailing through the air, he skids along the advertisement face of the billboard, coming to a stop. His feet on the face of the deer. "Your turn!"

Erebus takes a couple of steps back, and runs forward in a full sprint. He takes the leap at the bilboard, hopefully landing on it like Charger did. He will follow Charger though each jump, slide or drop.

Just for fun, we'll go leg by leg... (For the rest, I'll need a strike roll. *insert evil laugh, here*)
Charger watched as Erebus landed and skidded to a stop on the sign. Despite the weird sensation of down being on flat of the sign, and the street's craziness below them. "Fun, huh? From here on, we have to move as close together as possible."
When Erebus was ready, Charger did a running start, jumping up into the air, heading for the over-street sign.

Strike Roll: [dice=20]
Erebus inhales, forcing his stomach down out of his throat. My feet are on the floor...my feet are on the floor... His stomach under control, he takes a running leap at the street sign. Apollon....guide my flight... he thinks as he's hurtling through the air.[rand=63031315268017357175976135767996015154280234128237780538771301508]

Charger grinned under his dashing black and red mask. "I don't think I could pay him to stop saying that about my mask." He said, seemingly out of the blue. Pausing for a moment and what almost seemed like him listending to the air, he says "Now, that the exposition is done, we walk across the cross bar, and then hop onto the acropolis. Set?"
As they crossed to the other side of the traffice sign (one of those over-street steel deals that have the big green signs on them), CHarger paused. "I'll go first. I hope you have a good strike roll for this." He pointed to a sloped area that seemed to point back the way they came.
After a calculating moment, he hopped across, and slid down the slope, disappearing under and out of view.

strike roll: [dice=20]
Erebus grinned at the out of the blue comment, and followed him across the bar. He paused at the end and took his leap, hopefully landing in the same spot as Charger.[rand=2945994611363858939551475690677881985326670110237625923918094486]

Erebus realized two things: first, he shouldn't have paused, but taken a running leap; second, even so, the wall of an acropolis is very hard to miss.
Having poorly lauched, his leap wasn't aligned with Charger's. Erebus bounced against the wall, and started to slide down out of control. Before he could regain his control, Erebus was sliding off the edge of the building to a nasty fall in the barricade below.
...
...
That was, until a gut-wrench negative-postive-zero G sensation pulled him up and caused him to hit the under-part of the extension with a breath-knocking-out thud.
Sitting and looking down (up?) at Erebus, Charger said, "Low roll huh?" On the ground, anboud 20 feet above Charger's head, Erebus saw a group of people in gang colours make an attempt to break the barrier. Gun fire took a second, but soon could be heard.

Perception: [dice=20] Strike Roll: [dice=20]
Erebus looks bewilderedly at Charger. "Low roll? I don't know what that means really. I should have taken a running jump instead of a standing jump." Erebus says when he has his breath back. "Thanks for the save." Erebus watches the gun battle that was erupting, only his eyes showing his sadness. "What's the next step? Or are we waiting for the gun battle to play out before continuing on?"[rand=200580815318971879227707672398537395606965525075814732911461032927]

"We're waiting for your clumsy spell to end." Charger answered. As the gun play distracted Erebus tothe point that he didn't notice Charger was suddenly more armed. Then, he reached nto a person-sized opening, and looked around before crawling in.

Erebus looks back at Charger and follows him through the hole. "Some days I am clumsy. How much farther do we have to travel?" Erebus says, thinking about the piteous wails coming from the other side of the fence.[rand=6831538819242269318761146394535925314010446891199934444657992572]
