I figure he got snagged in in a bank robbery being an expert in safes and such. I'll go on that premise.

Yeah thinking a hardware specialist or Locksmith type.....with a serious hobby in clocks.. His suit is a green tinted 'Clock' themed get with a clock hand/Cane sword as preferred weapon. Just having trouble coming up with name other than 'Clock King'.. Why not "Time Piece?" Question: will the PCs have their powers at the start of he game, or is this something they RP getting? |

That is the type of character you will be making, one of the players is making a SS so will be getting them at the beginning of the game. It all comes down to what you make I guess is best way and if you want to have powers before going to prison or not.
On a note I just realized we can move all discussions to the OOC thread down below to discuss this as well.
