"Whatever you need I will do." Sapphire joins Tesla adding her eyes to his search for whatever he is looking for. She watches over his shoulder as she looks at the magic but not magic box with the screens on it. Still unused to technology and will take time to adapt.

"What did you want me to find for you?"

Allan takes the gun back. "Hey, I guess guns are good for somethings." He says, pocketting it. If he ever had enough money, he pondered tracking down a technowizard to make it a little more than mundane.

"Shapeshifters are quite common outside of this Earth." He says. "Dragons, Changelings, some aliens, Nightbane, some demons, gods... Thankfully, in the grand scheme of things, they're not pervasive. Or all evil."

The idea of a somber mood in the thief sat well with him. Maybe he knew what he was doing and what it meant. Perhaps, though, he just missed his sport pistol, or his drink wasn't cold enough.

Looking around, he says, "In my experience, if we take off in search of him, to bring him back to justice, the flu crsis may have run its course, years later, by the time we return. Generations, even, could pass here."

To the nun, he says, "I can bring everyone back, if they're willing to go. Otherwise, we pursue the investigations on Earth."

*Aki looks at the people speaking to quickly for her to catch all the words, let alone the bigger more complex ones. instead, since others are breaking up to 'look' .. she and Yumi head off to track the 'flower stink' from entry to possible wearer.

'we look too. look flowers .. '

*then the creature is off down the hall, pausing from time to time to sit up and sniff before continuing. its clear that the chirps they speak at each other is a line of communication, but what it is .. is unknown. the slight build of Aki is seen as she moves away. clearly she's under 100 pounds .. possibly even lighter than 90. so far she seems to be hodling her own in keeping up to the others

The nun purses her lips, as if discussing something distasteful, "Some of his minions may look human, but they are not. They will be scantily dressed, and are very stupid creatures - its a wonder any of them know magic at all." The nun frowns, "They aren't very formidable. You should be able to recognize them no matter what steps they take and its is fairly simple to defeat them. If you are asking what they are, they are closely related to Gigante giants if that helps."

The soldiers are checking the inventory the same time as Tesla, and nothing is missing other than the vaccine. The ingredients are useless except against this flu, for this year. For next year or last year, the vaccine and its ingredients are pointless.

Aki and Yumi are able to back track the scent, but it appears in the middle of a hallway. It appears in teh hallway, goes into the lab, and then shortly after it disappears.

Another nun appears in the doorway and the one the team is talking too says, "I must go. Other harriers might come. If you decide to go, you can use this," and she hands Allan an envelope. Then she and the other nun teleport away.

While going through the choes that Master Tesla requested be done sapphire does speak, especially now that she has been given some freedom to do so. "Master Tesla if ever you need anything from me all you have to do is ask. I know you have not had full amount of time to discover what I am capable of doing and as suchare probably in the same boat as I am with all of the people in our group. Also if you need me to rundown what happened while you were out I would be more then happy to review it with you!"

Dryzh knew he was not understanding everything that was being said, but one word jumped out. " allan, what is Harriers? Not hear this word before."

Aki takes off one of her canvas shoes and sets it near the spot in the hall .. then patters along to stand by Sapphire and then pokes her once. 'need help in lab. want know why flower stink stand in places. who i ask?'

*she squats so that the little beast climbs up onto the shoulder and gets a free ride. 'i find place flower stink enter .. and into lab .. but gone. flower stink not for here .. maybe someone know what flower stink looks at or seeks to find?'

Sapphire lets out a short shriek as she jumps all the way to the roof and hovers there for a moment before responding. Even though she does not need oxygen at all she is panting for a moment in a fear reaction.

She closes her eyes for a second breathing deeply and then responding "I am sorry I responded that way, what did you want me to investigate? This Aroma is it."

Sapphire heads closer to the ground smelling around for the flower that this girl is mentioning. Once she smells it she makes an attempt to ID it. All the while thinking to herself What on earth is this girl, I mean I dont think she has any clue about me in so much as I know nothing about her either. Other then what Master Tesla has revealed I almost know next to nothing about any of our companions, mind you I do not think he knows anything about them yet either. Maybe we will get to learn about each other after the investigation?

Allan quietly ponders the envelope, and the scantily-given information about the scantily-clad women. Leave it to a nun to focus on that. With a sigh, he looks around, brought out of his reverie by Aki and Sapphire.

With little to go on (for some reason, the dice roller does not understand percentiles), Allan takes a shot in the dark about Dryzh's question. Turning to Dryzh, he says, "Harriers... Probably some kind of raider... a brigand or a pirate. I think that nun knows our thief doesn't work alone. Or, maybe it refers to her order. I'm not sure."

*at the shriek .. Aki is crouched and backing up to the door. she watches the female hover and hte eyes go wider now at this show of .. strength .. ?*

' .. Yumi find flower stink. female wear flower stink. female here, gone now' *slowly stands up even as Yumi is chittering angrily at the fear smell Aki is giving off and willing to fight the strange person* 'find spot flower stink start. stink go to lab. wander lab. now not there. you come see why stink in lab? not know way of hairy faces'

*she's having difficulty speaking clearly, so the many small sentences say it for her. she motions with fingers to demonstrate a beard at the words 'hairy faces'. there is a scent lingering that most would overlook, but its clear that it confuses Aki.

"that would be helpful Sapphire..We should get to know what abilities we can use in tandem. That and I am curious how you ended bound to this.." He pointed to the ring and mumbling to himself something about. "Either way it looks like we will be working together." he turns to the others as he neared the group.

"He just took the Vaccine.." Tesla informs them as nears them, "The nuns, gone already?"

(OOC: Torchwood know anything about them?)

"I apologize Aki for that, it is just that I," Sapphire takes a moment to collect herself "am not that fond of being touched. I will happily try to identify your flower and master if you want I will explain the history of the ring as well." The last part she speaks with a more resigned way about her.

(OOC - I have seen one show of it, lots of commercials and the space preview thing they have on it. If I can commendere the TV from the wife tonight or tomorrow I will take another go at it!")

"later on will talk about this ring.." he nodded "a flower? interesting. If Darwin were here..." he thought.

So we have a plan or are we just winging it?" he asked.

*Aki leads Sapphire to her lone shoe in the hallway.

'flower stink start here. move this way .. ' *Yumi clambers down and leads the way to the lab in question* 'in here .. then follow Yumi. she show where flower stink stand. where flower stink finally ends ... '

*its obvious that there is 'no' flowers here. a faint scent perhaps of the perfume worn? the Mongoose leads the way inside and where the scent is strongest, sits up and balances or simply leans against an item and sniffs a few times before looking at Sapphire and anyone else following. it then leads to the next spot of interest or concentration. this goes on till she circles on her tail and scampers back to Aki.

'is trail of flower stink. not know what flower stink does or why, but is trail .. ' *nods simply to herself and squats to give the creature attention for a job well done.

Sapphire withouth thinking about it picks up the shoe and smells deeply. The mixture of smells assaulting her nose. She does her best to identify the perfume from her knowledge of plants and flowers. She actually takes an extra minute studying the shoe as she had never owned a pair before. Hell the clothes she is wearing now are rare gifts in her mind only worn when her former master needed her in public type situations.

Bringing herself out of her reverie. "You are correct there is a masking aromatic hydrocarbon eminating from this shoe. And the fragrance is a vague flowery type. I think I may have nailed it but not 100% sure."
