*Sierra looks at the building, looking for downspouts and other things like that. she thinks that if she can get up there before the others she'll have a chance to talk to him. if there isn't someplace to climb up, she'll look for an escape ladder to the roof.
if there isn't one, she'll move toward the front door and get in while the others make their way there. she knows there isn't much time, but she'll try.

*Sierra spots a tree that is near the building that could be of help, but its too far away to be of help, but it could catch a body if thrown. and she can throw. she heads inside first and races up the stairs.

*Sierra is already pounding up the stairs to the roof. she nearly breaks it off in her haste to stop the big guy from jumping .. and slides to a stop with a simple 'don't do it. i don't know you .. but you're like me .. can i sit by you and talk? .. it can't be as bad as you wanna think it is'
*the fact she's saying the first thing that comes to mind says more than some practiced speech. 'i bet you got pictures. i got one of my best friend while i grew up .. wanna see? .. ' *she's approached to within 10 feet before stopping and pulling out her wallet to pull out a snapshot of a tiger cub. 'this is him. i couldn't save him .. and it hurts real bad at times .. '
*plonks down on the edge and sits facing him, staying the 10 feet away and not getting closer. 'I'm Sierra .. you're Mr ... ?'

Avi led Tom to the roof not far behind Sierra. " Ryne, we need to talk."
" I should have known." Ryne turned, looking at Tom and Avi," Of course Dylin would send you after me, Claymore. and with reinforcements I see."

*looks at the others and sighs as she looks at Ryne
'i know. you're going through what i do. but you're in the first days. a fire did a storm thing and consumed the wagons. i listened to my best friends crying for help as they burned. i was restrained then the wagons started to explode. i gotta live with the fact i could have tried to help save some of them but couldn't. that was a few months ago .. and i'm just starting to accept living with it. so yeah .. i got a clue about something your going thru. but i figured to try to talk to you instead of trying to fight you. fighting is kinda overrated when you're clueless on how to do it like i am.
'i just know that i wanted you to know that you weren't alone. and that if you wanted to talk, i'ld listen ..

" Tom's right, Ryne. Let's not get carried away here. I know what happened in..." Avi started to say.
" Do you? Avi, Centerfire and Typhoon are dead because of me, torn apart with my bare hands." He was starting to get agitated. " and Stingray and Vendetta are in the hospital. Yes, Charisma was in my head, but it was my hands thier blood is on. They looked to me to lead them, and this happens."
" Calm down, Ryne." Avi held up both hands.
" A little late for that." He looked at Sierra, " You might want to get out of the way now, this is where they try to beat me into submission."

'would you talk if they back off? ... i know its not a lot, but would you? i thought they were gonna give me a chance to get you to come back without a fight. why am i not shocked .. jeez am i ever stupid. but i'll jump first .. k? .. then you can jump and we can both avoid the fight. how's that sound? we're what .. 3 .. 4 stories up? .. can't be that hard to get killed down there. how far would it be? ready set .. '
*stands up and moves to the edge and looks at Ryne from the edge of the building. 'follow me and we'll go together .. ' *figures that maybe a little shock value or someone ready to jump with him will snap him out of it. trying to talk him down won't really work, but being a friend will.

' *she smiles happily and without thinking moves a step closer to hug .. then the face goes blank and she steps back 2 paces* 'sorry. i'm too strong to hug people without thinking. i'm just happy you didn't want to jump .. cause i can't fly .. and the ground looks hard from up here .... and i'll shut up now .. '
*she sucks her lips between the teeth and looks over the shoulder at the others before sitting on the edge and dangling the feet over. 'oh cool .. they almost look like mice from up here .. ' *pointing at some people on the sidewalk
