" I think I'm gonna be sick... " Dyson mumbled faintly.
The skelebot that McCain had decapitated was caught in the blast area of it's exploding companion, but there was no sign of the third.

There was no sign of the third skelebot, but it's trail led away from the battle site in a manner that suggested it had used the blast as cover. After a moment, Dyson croaked faintly. " Yes Ma'am, but ...." He cut himself off with irking sounds.

McCain frowns, "Don't usually see skelbots retreat. Weird." keys his mike, "Dyson whats your location?"

"The third's probably regrouping after its buddy blew. I set off the anti-tampering bomb, so the third's probably attempting to understand what happened." Mariana said, heading to where Dyson was last seen, and looking around. "Where's Soulpatch?"

While Dyson was distracted by losing his lunch, Greer lay not far from him. A piece of the Skelebot's chestplate was impaled threw his neck.

Mariana comes to a full stop as she sees Greer. "Oh... no... He was supposed to get cover..." She says. "Ma'am?"

Sam stops short when she sees Greer and her face tightens as she approaches him to see if he's alive and if there's anything they can do to help him.

Dyson finally composes himself. " Don't bother ma'am. He's gone. He pushed me out of the way just before the blast." He looked at Marianna and gulped hard. " That should have been me. " His hand shot over his mouth and he mumbled excuse me before darting behind a bush again.

Mariana nods and says. "Make it quick, McCain, that blast won't have gone unnoticed. I'm going to make sure the area is clear, Ma'am." She says, and moves to a good vantage point to make sure no troops or Skelebots are coming.

From her viewing point, Mariana can see that in the distance there is another squad following their trail, though they are too far off the make out who they are other than Gus is not with them.
All of Greer's equipment is still intact (see cast thread for list) as McCain removed it. Returning while wiping his face, Dyson offered," I can carry whatever extra he had, if you want."
