Ashley shrugged. " someone will have to stay with them. I guess if I do it, there's less chance I'll lose control again, and Alice isn't here to get through to me. Right?" She forced a smile , but her eyes didn't match.
" You really think Wraith put the two of them up to it?" Kristian asked, looking in at the McManus brothers as he shut off the gas. He smirked as he held the door for Sierra, " And maybe this is just a conspiracy because no one wants me to cook."

'oh ,,, never thought of that. it really must be bad then .. ' *slips inside before he can lock her out. the grin fades as she moves toward the war room*
'oh .. and here i was thinking that i'ld stay. he doesn't seen to like me much. maybe i stink of trash and i'm not a student' *said to Ashley as she nears and then passes, heading upstairs and settles down on a chair and waits for the meeting. she ponders a few other things while waiting. like how Wraith always finds then .. and if she'd be better off on the road by herself, then dismisses that idea. where would she go?

"Kristian, perhaps you can discern the answer to that. Stay with them. You can continue preparing dinner if you would like. If they step out of line, place them in holding. Janie, please manage our communications. The rest of us will go and assist Tom. Let us hurry, if Ragnarok is working with Wraith, Tom is in even more trouble than he may believe."
He doesn't let anyone voice any objections as he dismisses everyone so they can get over to Tom's quickly.
He stops in the living room with Kristian and speaks to the brothers, "I hope you have reviewed the files. Kristian will be staying here with you while the rest of us go and deal with another matter. I hope you realize that at the moment you are in the best place for you. We will discuss your options when we return. If you leave this house, or cause any trouble while being guests in our home, you will no longer be welcome here, and be on your own."
He heads out to vehicles to meet the others. He taps his band-aidio as he climbs into the vehicle and says, "Janie while we are out, please perform a full background check on the two brothers."

Both brother's nodded. " We aren't going anywheres."
Out in the driveway, Ashley held Isamu's door for a moment. " Are you sure? I meant what I said. I don't want to get out of control."

*she pats his cheek and then heads to the vehicle .. and climbs in the backseat and looks out at Ashley then grins about some thought and says nothing except 'guess yer driving .. i don't know where we're going'

" I'm here." dimitri said as he approached. " Was trying to reach Janie. she wasn't answering her cell phone. Didn't want to tie up the radio in case you needed it." He started to get in the car, glancing over at Sierra. " You know it would be quicker to fly. If Si copies me, we can carry the two of you."
Ashley glared at Dimitri, then back at Isamu. Her eyes clearly gave away she didn't like that idea. " I mean it Is, if I start losing control, bury me in rocks or something. I don't want to accidently hurt one of the good guys."

Isamu looks at Ashley and then back at Dimitri. "Can you fly there, portal back and then teleport us? This way you can fly as fast as you are capable."

" Yeah, but it will lose a little time." Dmitri nodded. He closed his eyes for a moment to 'mark' the spot and then his body was changed to his coppery metal form before he burst skyward into flight, a trail of energy following him that disappeared rapidly.

*Sierra hops out of the car and taps Ashley's arm, 'can i talk to you for a second?'
[options available for one of two possibilities
*if she moves off with Si .. Si will say 'if you get out of control, i'll kiss you on the end of your slimy cold slimy nose to snap you out of it .. no one will expect that. been with animals most of my life, know how to avoid angry claws'
*if she doesn't move away from Isamu 'its cool .. no worries. i'll wait over there' *she moves to the far side of the vehicle that she had pointed out and keeps her back to Iz and Ashley for their privacy time

"Ashley if there is a problem, you will be contained without being injured. We will not let you hurt anyone. I will stun you with a Kaijutsu. If not I will contain you with stone, and Sierra can copy my abilities and assist me. Your strength will be valuable. Go speak with her," he says indicating Sierra off to the side.

Ashley nodded, and gave Isamu a peck on the cheek before stepping aside with Sierra. Her eyes went wide at Si's suggestion," Are you nuts? You really think that will stop me?"

'hey .. i grew up with a tiger. went thru his bad days. he couldn't maul me, but he had fun. it kinda kickled .. i did it to him .. he stopped and licked the nose .. so who knows. heh .. might work. it's the shock value. might get past those little friends of yours. gotta stop worrying so much. it's what family and friends are for'
'sides .. last time we tangled with Rag-dude .. i was bouncing off him. had no clue what to do. having someone handy that knows how to fight would be handy. i just basically was sitting things out. that's the real reason i didn't want to go'
*Sierra looks away briefly then back at Ashley 'just think about it. what would piss them off more? .. getting caged up or having someone show them that they still like the you inside? better get back to him. don't want him thinking i'm telling lots of little girl secrets about him'

Ashley chuckled. " As long as you're sure you I can't hurt you, I'll try almost anything to say in control." Ashley nodded as the two of them returned to Isamu. She nodded and took his hand," I guess the two of you should be able to keep me in check. I just don't want another Troll incident."

Sierra actually wonders now about Ashley's claws. was her skin tough enough? she leaves the thought on the back burner as she returns to the rear of the car and waits quietly.
'i understood why you did it, they got mad at me when i said it the first time too. water under the bridge now. so any ideas how to take him down? i'ld say use a collar on him. just make it tighter and smaller with each passing moment. not a nice thing to do .. but it might be the only thing possible.
